1. Posting should follow site Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines as well as Proboards Terms of Services. Please click HERE to refer to these. Everything must be rated at no more than a PG-13 level, of which rules may be found HERE. 2. The Subject of a Post should contain the name of the character said letter pertains to, or at the very least a short description pertaining to the letter. 3. Letters should follow standard headings (i.e. Date, Greeting, Body, Sign-off) but are not required to as each individual has their own developed format of writing letters to others. There is room for non-letter actions, such as adding to the post of how the letter was sent, what condition the letter is likely to be received in, etc. However, do remember this board is to send IC letters to others, it is not an actual RP board. 4. Letters may be replied to continuously, just like in a thread, however these are not open threads unless the writer states the letter is lost or has no real destination. 5. You may send Anonymous letters. This means you may post as a guest (for things such as secret admirers), but you must also be a registered and application ACCEPTED member despite the fact you may post as an anonymous guest. If discovered that a letter was posted by a non-member of the site, the letter will be saved by an Admin member and moved in case of a mistake. If there was a mistake the writer needs to PM an Admin member within ONE WEEK or else the post will be deleted rather than returned.
