[ Full Character Name: ] Victoria Simone Valsh
[ Character Gender: ] Female
[ Country of Citizenship: ] United Kingdom
[ Physical Character Description: ]
The Physical
Victoria's wavy strawberry blonde falls to her waist when it is down. She changes her styles with hair ties and clips but never uses hairspray or gels. She loves her hair color and doesn't want to change it. She has blue-green eyes that change color depending on her mood or what she was wearing. She is 5'4" and about 140 lbs, but she doesn't that heavy. She is curvy with toned legs and arms. Her skin tans easily but never gets too dark.
The Clothing
At school, she wears the usual base uniform but changes her accessories regularly. Her outfits always work together. She either carries her wand in either her inner robes pocket. When in Hogsmead, she most often wears black skinny jeans. Her top depends on the weather and her mood. Her shoes always change, no matter where she is.
[ Personality Character Description: ]
With her friends
She laughs freely and doesn't mind acting like an idiot and goofing off. When her friends need help, she is always willing to help them, with school work, with relationships, or with anything. This shoulder to cry on mentality can get her into trouble because she tends to put their problems before her own. She's not afraid to cry as long as she's with people she trusts and she doesn't mind sharing her feelings.
With the boys
When interacting with guys, she acts pretty much the same as with her friends, except she is a bit more free spirited. She doesn't mind getting her feet wet or her hands dirty. She knows that she has a body that guys like and she doesn't care if they make comments, as long as they don't go overboard. However, her flirty, fun personality can sometimes aggravate girls.
With the teachers
She doesn't consider them as anything to be scared of. She doesn't mind getting to know her teachers on a personal level and is always willing to stay behind and help. Her ability to grasp the material quickly makes teachers like her even more. She doesn't disrupt classes, but when she does, she quickly stops and apologizes. Teachers, in general, like her. Students sometimes get annoyed by her kiss up qualities.
With her school work
She grasps concepts and learns spells quickly. She learns by listening and trying and not as much by books and reading. She is very intelligent and doesn't mind helping others with school. Her involvement with clubs and activities sometimes puts her school work on hold but she always gets things in on time, even if it means a couple late nights.
[ History: ]
Victoria's muggle mother had her at 18 after getting pregnant by a summer fling on April 17th. As Victoria grew up, she attended a bilingual french school while she lived at her grandmother's house with her mom. As a child, she found herself the best friend of a girl who treated her poorly. They would constantly get in horrible fights and then make up a couple hours later. This went on from kindergarten to 5th grade. No one at her small school liked her because they found her annoying and they were sick of her fighting. They didn't like the way she acted and they made fun of every thing she would do. She kept up a happy go lucky attitude to hide her feelings which made them make fun of her even more to try to break her.
When she was ten, her father asked to meet with her and told her that he was a wizard. He told her about his pure-blood family and their hatred of muggles, which is why he had never contacted her mother until then even though he had known where she was for years. He thought it in his daughter's best interest to introduce her to the wizarding world from the perspective of a wizard. At first she didn't believe him, but when she got the letter and he accompanied her to Diagon Alley, she finally believed him.
Once she got to Hogwarts, she made a vow to be the person she wanted to be, herself. But as she learned of the problems between her two halves, her muggle mother and pureblood father, she found herself changing the subject when her friends would talk about blood quality for fear of them turning on her in the future. Before winter break she got a letter from her mother and father on the same day. Her father's family had found out Victoria existed and her mother was in danger and had to go into hiding. She left the great hall quickly to go back to the Ravenclaw tower but when she was on the seventh floor, her tears were too overpowering and she collapsed in a heap in the hallway. That was when she met Professor Avery Thorne. She had found her crying and comforted her. For the next couple months, she would talk to her whenever she needed help, that is, until she was murdered in Hogsmeade. Her death hit her hard and it was then that she decided that she was no longer going to hide who she was.
Victoria decided that she was going to lay low for a while. In her second year, her Herbology teacher was removed from Hogwarts. But it wasn't until her third year when DADA was removed from the curriculum that she decided that she needed to stand up for herself and fight for the muggles and muggle-borns. She started to read up on spells and learned to defend herself against minor spells.
Now, in her 5th year she had to deal with everything going on with the Deva and making sure that her mother is still safe as well as keeping up her grades and getting good scores on her OWLS.
[ Pros and Cons: ]
Pros
Victoria knows how to read people. She can usually tell what their emotions are or what they're thinking. This makes it easy for her to comfort people because she is able to talk about what's wrong without necessarily having them talk about it unless they want to.
She is intelligent and gets good grades. She understands the material in all of her classes. She grasps the concepts easily and knows how to use her wand. Abstract theories and facts are both things that she accepts as truths.
She always has ideas, for projects or to help her friends out, and she'll do whatever to help her friends. When in group projects, she usually has interesting things to contribute. When her friends come to her with a problem, she always finds a way to help.
Cons
Victoria's knack for helping everyone gets her into trouble. She puts their problems or their homework before her own and sometimes doesn't have enough time to finish her work.
She acts happy go lucky for a while before having a melt down because of the pressure. She tends to hide her true feelings or her stress by acting calm and relaxed and eventually something small will set her off and she'll have a complete melt down.
She is slightly OCD when it comes to people clothing or hair. She will always feel the need to fix a girls necklace clasp or tuck in a tag and if the person's hair is messed up, she will fix it.
[ Role Playing Example: ]
Victoria walked down the hallway towards the detention. Why was a little miss goody two shoes going to detention you might ask. She had been late to her third period. If it had been any other classes, she would have gotten away with it, but it had to be her French teacher of course, so, detention.
She watched the guy walking in front of her, by the back of him, he looked pretty cute, but she didn't really know did she. He was about 6 foot, definitely taller than her, by about 8 inches, but hey, she was almost 5'5". Had to be someone she didn't know. He was wearing converse she noticed, good for him. She looked down at her white hip-tops and smiled. Converse, they truly were wonderful things, and they went with any outfit. Her mind drifted off and she forgot why she was walking down the hallway before remembering she had a detention. She looked around. The guy had disappeared and Mr. Imperial was walking towards her. "Hello Mr. Imperial? Detention duty?" He nodded and they both walked up to the door.
Detention, sweet she thought as she reached for the handle but the door pushed open before she reached the knob. Miss Lee was standing in the door way. Mr Imperial entered and nodded at Miss Lee.
"Hi Miss Lee! How are you?"
"I'm great thank you. Why are you in detention?"
"Late to third period."
"Too bad," Miss Lee lowered her voice, "but you know I wouldn't have given you a detention for that."
"I know Miss Lee, I'll see you tomorrow!"
Victoria waved good bye to miss Lee, and scanned the room. Mr. Imperial had already had a seat at the teachers desk. The room was pretty empty. There were a few of freshman in the front, typical, two the seniors in the back, and then only one sophomore, he liked her. Steer clear she thought to herself. It was then that she had noticed Converse boy. He was pretty cute actually. She moved towards him and sat in the desk next to him.
She pulled out a book and looked at him, he had his eyes closed. "Watch out or Mr. Imperial will throw a white board marker at you." She whispered. He had done that to one of the guys in her history class. It was pretty funny really. He didn't look threatening, ever, but he had his way of getting to people.
((Sorry, I recycled, but I'm super tired....))
