Yes, it was that time again. The time where Seanna avoided the great hall like it had the plague and came and had dinner with the house elf's, her duck tagging along with her. For some reason, since that day that Drew had told her and her duck that the duck was her familiar, Percy hadn't let out his owner out of sight, trailing along after her wherever she went.
The funny thing was, Seanna didn't mind her duck trailing along with her. It was a far cry from the times where Seanna wanted to get rid of her duck and would do so by any means, but the sixth year Huffle had come to see the duck in a different light. Especially now that she knew that he had even more, special abilities to find out.
It was around half-past six in the evening when Seanna tickled the pear and let herself into the Hogwarts kitchen, casually smiling at the house elf's that she had made friends with. They knew her now, the brown haired that girl that preferred their company over the ones in the great hall, even knew what her favorite meal was.
The Huffle wasn't in the least bit surprised when, one of the more friendlier, house elf's, settled a plate of mash potatoes and sausages down in front of her. This was one of her favorite dinners that she had came to like since she had been at Hogwarts. Especially when she added the gravy on top and at the end, could soak up the gravy with a bread roll that butter on it.
As Seanna began to dig into her meal, one of the more, meaner house elf came over to her and looked down at the duck that was sitting down next to her, then up again with questioningly eyes at the girl. Some of them didn't like Percy being in the kitchen and while the duck hadn't done anything to them yet, Seanna was sure he had been biding his time. "Um... no, Percy's right, thanks. He had dinner down in the common room" Seanna explained to the house elf, giving it a small smile. The Huffle continued to eat her dinner as the house elf walked off, apparently happy with this explanation and the girl quickly looked down at her pet, as if to say everything was okay.
