Arianna frowned slightly as she struggled to keep the bowl steady. Drew had been practicing wandless magic much more frequently, if not longer, than she had. He really did have the upper hand on this. That would be if Arianna's whole plan had only to do with that bowl. She did, however, have a few eggs still in her hand. She need only to keep Drew distracted with those in the bowl as she quietly slipped her left hand into her pocket, depositing two eggs inside it as she readied her left hand. In a moment's time, the egg was flying. Not the best throw. Arianna was right handed, but with that hand busy urging the bowl, she couldn't use it for anything else. It still was close enough and Arianna quickly reached in for another egg to send flying, this time a bit closer to her mark.

Drew had been so focused on the bowl, smirking at his own cleverness, that he totally missed what Arianna had been up to. One egg and then the other hit, first on his knee and then on his shoulder. He looked at her with a confused expression, not sure what to do. Yes, the bigger part of him knew it was all part of the game, but that nagging voice had started up, softly scolding him for letting his guard down and giving the enemy the advantage.

Arianna grinned back at Drew, practically laughing at her genius. It was rare that she could get Drew like this and it felt good to have one up on him.
"Ha! Gotcha!" she finally let out now that she had won this little battle. Arianna was so excited, she broke her concentration from the bowl. It could either fall on the boy or, if he was still paying attention, do whatever he told it to.

Under normal circumstances, Drew whould have retaliated, determined to regain the upper hand. But this time he didn't. The voice in his head was growing and he blinked back at her before nodding stupidly in response. His focus on the bowl was lost and it toppled over, banging him on the head and upsetting the voices. He squeezed his eyes shut and pressed his hand to the sore spot, hoping to quiet his head again.

Arianna stopped mid-victory dance and stared down at the boy, her brows creased in confusion. She must've upset him somehow, again. Of course she didn't know how or why, but Arianna was certain she'd screwed things up once more tonight.
"Drew?" she spoke cautiously as she stepped down off the table. Moving toward the boy, Arianna smiled apologetically to him. "I'm...sorry. I didn't mean to drop the bowl on your head."

He nodded at first, still holding his hand to his head, not wanting her to feel like it had been her fault.
But of course, he wasn't alright and the voices were making sure he didn't forget it. Idiot... got suckered again, didn't you? She sure pulled one over on you... He tugged at his hairand slowly changed his answer, his head shaking a no. He wasn't alright and there was no use lying about it.

Arianna's brow furrowed. She wasn't sure what to make of this. One moment he was running around, goofing off with her, and now....Arianna just didn't know what had happened to cause this sudden change.
"Drew?" she repeated, closing the gap between the two of them. Arianna reached a hand out and gently place it on the boy's arm, oddly nervous that he might lash out at her. Of course Arianna didn't care if that happened to her. Just ask long as Drew was okay.

Drew tensed up when she touched him, but he didn't move away. "Just... just give me a second..." he murmured, hoping she wouldn't leave. The voices got worse when he was alone. All he needed was a few minutes to get his head under control again. "I'll be okay... just give me a second..."

Arianna glanced at the house-elves, who seemed to be watching them curiously as they pretended to go on with their chores. She kept her hand on Drew, though did nothing else. Arianna wasn't sure what had happened and didn't want to make the situation any worse.
"Okay..." Arianna murmured, turning her attention back on Drew. She wondered for a moment if this would be happening everytime she hung out with him.

He stayed like that for a while, mostly concentrating on standing upright and breathing. It was enough for the time being.
"Sorry," he fianlly murmured, his head still in his hand. "It's just... being stupid." And it was stupid, flipping out like a little kid just because Ari had dumped a bowl of eggs on his head.

"It's okay," Arianna claimed, though she was still worried and confused. Some part of her wanted to give him a hug and tell him everything would be alright, but the thought made her a bit nervous when she didn't know what exactly had caused Drew to go weird on her. She really didn't want it to happen again. "But...what happened?" she tried instead, hoping for some insight.

"Voices..." he answered weakly and the throbbing in his head flared. You are an idiot, you know that? She already thinks your nuts and you go tell her that?
"Shut up..." he told the voices, not even sure if he had said it outloud or not.

Arianna bit her lip. She was really worried now, but still unsure what to do. Or what to say. Not know that Drew told her to shut up. At least...that's who she thought he'd been talking to. It seemed taking his mind off the whole kidnapping business would be harder than she thought. Arianna just hoped she could help him without screwing things up. Which she didn't seem to be doing too good at presently.

He was finding it harder to breathe and Drew tried to focus on the hand she had on his arm, the only thing that seemed normal to him at the moment. The voices didn't seem to like being ignored and buzzed angrily at him while he pressed on his head harder, trying his best to keep them inside.
"Can't..." he stuttered, praying he didn't start flipping out like he had with Seanna.

Arianna bit her lip harder, trying to keep herself from panicking. She knew alot about how to fix someone on the outside, but nothing about how to help with whatever was going on in the inside. It really scared her.
"Here...let's sit down," she muttered, taking hold of Drew's other arm and directing him toward one of the benches. A voice in her own head told her to get some help, but there was no way she would leave Drew alone like this. Instead, she motioned for one of the house elves to stay nearby and be ready to run for help if she needed him to.
