Ryan felt really weird ever since his argument with Matty. The boy planned never to speak to the girl again, even though technically she hadn't lied to him. She just hadnt told Ryan everything. The gryffindor fourth year, had been hiding from her, well, her, Seth and Tianne, because he realy didn't want them judging him either. And he knew that Seth wouldn't be able to keep his big mouth shut, it was just impossible for the Slytherin. Ryan knew that Seth like Tianne, but the boys hadn't seen each other, so he didn't know whether or not the boy had followed through with his need. But The boy didn't really care about that right now, as all he wanted to do was forget about whatever a relationship was meant to be. A girlfriend, although it had before, didn't really matter to Ryan anymore. To be honest though, all that mattered to him at this moment, was food.
As the boy got dressed, in his blue denim shorts, and a lime green t-shirt, Ryan walked out into his common room. His hai was still wet, and his shoes weren't on yet, but the boy still looked half decent. Picking up the towel that he had lazily thrown down the stairs, he used it to ruffle up his hair a bit, and give it a bit of a dry. He pulled on a pair of socks, and searched around for his left shoe. The boy was holding the other, but, where was that left shoe? Ryan through cushions, books, any random object that it could be under, before giving up, and just by complete chance, sat on it. "Ow! Oh fr... Damnit!" The boy said, when he stood up and saw the mud that was on the couch now. "Stuff it." Ryan pulled on both of his shoes, green in colour and walked out the door. He need food. Badly.
Ryan made his way down the steps. He took his time, and walked past some of his classrooms, charms, transfiguration, muggle studies, until finally, Ryan reached the dungeons. How he had missed the dank, cold smell. As a matter of fact, Ryan loathed it down here, with the green, eerie light, and he couldn't see how Seth could call this place home.
The boy thought as he found his way to the Kitchens, where he knew he'd be able to finds some good food, for now and for later. He thought about Matty, and how he had been such an idiot around her, and then Tianne, and how much fun he had had when he had met up with her in the library. Why couldn't his meeting with Matty be just the same? And then Seth. Ryan felt guilty for ignoring the boy for so long, but he really needed time to himself. As the boy found the kitchens he smiled. His thoughts cleared, and the smell of honey and lamb wafted towards him. "Mmmm..." Ryan thought, as he stood outside the door.

In all her time at Hogwarts, the dungeons had always been pretty terrifying to Abby. She didn't like going down there, especially on her own. Unfortunately, Abby was hungry and needed to get down there. Grabbing a grey sweater to go over her t-shirt and headed out of the common room.
When she reached the dungeons, Abby had to stop and look around for a moment, trying to remember where she had to go next. If she ever came down here with her friends, Abby really wasn't paying much attention to where they were going. All she cared about was getting there in one piece. But soon, Abby realized she wasn't alone anymore. In front of her was a boy, standing outside what she guessed was the kitchens. Getting closer to him, she recognized him from her house but didn't know his name.
"Hungry too?" she asked the boy, coming up beside him. She breathed in as he had, "mmm"-ing as well.

Ryan glanced around at all of the walls, before settling on the decision that this was going to be the place that he spent some of his day. The boys stomach rumbled, but for some reason, he didn't go in. Could it be because h e was scared, that he wasn't wanting to break the rules like usual, or because his brain just wasn't telling him to walk. Something told his that girls didn't like trouble makers, but then with all the news about Tianne the book-worm and Seth the troublemaker, threw him off.
Just as the boy was about to step off into the kitchens, a voice came. Hungry too? It was a girls voice, that sounded somewhat like his sisters, and a feeling of homesickness panicked him. "Oh, yeah." He said, laughing and scratching the back of his neck. He turned to face the girl, and smiled as he did so. She looked about his age, but obviously female, andshe was pretty. "Hey, Ryan." He said, introducing himself. "What brings your pretty-little self down here?"

As the boy turned and faced her, Abby's cheeks flared up a dangerous pink. He was really cute and even more adorable when he laughed and smile. This was dangerous. Abby wondered why she hadn't seen this one around before, she was definitely familiar with the cute guys. Still, she flashed a smile back at the boy and her eyes looked him over quickly. Giggling at his comment, Abby tried to come back with something good to say. "Oh you know just...looking for cute guys, hanging out in the corridor," she told he with a smile and a wink, "Maybe get a little something to eat."
Abby smiled at the boy still, unable to wipe the grin off her face even if she wanted to. "I'm Abby," she told him, "What house are you in?"

Ryan grinned as he saw the girls cheek flare up. He sometimes had that effect, but to how he didn't yet know this girl, that was a mystery. True, through all the boys schooling years he had not met everyone, but this girl, she was pretty. "Looking for cute guys, aye? That's like, totally what I'm doing! Have you like, seen any, hotties?" Ryan joked with the girl. "Nah, I'm just out here to get something to satisfy my never ending gut." The boy knew that some girls liked a sense of humor, but he hoped that he didn't go too overboard, with the impressions and all.
"My house? Oh, I'm in Gryffindor. Dunno how though..." Ryan truly didn't know how he managed to get into the 'respectable, brave house', he's nothing but a mischevious, good-looking, troublemaker. He had none of the traits that a stereotypical gryff would have. "You look... You look like a ravenclaw? Or A hufflepuff." Ryan grinned his stupid smile at the girl, after all, she was smiling at him.

Abby giggled fiercely into her hand, trying to muffle it. So he was cute and funny. Lucky her. Once Abby had calmed herself a little, she flashed Ryan a smile. He seemed like a good kinda guy. She liked anyone who could joke around and have fun, as well as anyone who could make her laugh. Ryan had accomplished that already, so Abby already liked him. The cute aspect just helped a great deal.
Abby pretended to look shocked when he though her to be a Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. Her hands rested on her hips in a kind of angry way, but she made it clear that she was just kidding. "For you information, I happen to be a Gryffindor as well," she corrected the boy with a grin. Her eyes looked over to the door to the kitchens again, her stomach growling a funny noise. "You still going in?" she asked him, nodding her head toward the door.

Ryan laughed at the effect he had on girls. Most, not all, but a heck of a lot of girls feel for the boy. This, Ryan counted as an advantage, as he could have whoever he wanted. This girl, she was pretty, she was happy, and her personality seemed quite the same to Ryan's. He liked girls if they were happy and appraochable, but lately, he's been liking those that were smart too. Even though that is basically the opposite of Ryan. The boy laughed at the way she put her hands on her hips. "Are you flirting with me Miss? I think yu may be." He wished to say, but of course, the boy just couldn't get the guts to. Instead, the boy came out with a simple, "Gryffindors are always gorgeous. I'm surprised I didn't pick you out as one." Cheesey, yes, but that was what Ryan was about. Cheesey, obviously flirtacious remarks. That was what built him. "I sure am. Would you care to join me?" He said, in the snobbiest voice possible.

Before she erupted into giggles again, Abby had already covered her mouth and bit down on the sleeve of her shirt slightly, trying to not completely lose control. She had never been called 'gorgeous' before, not by anyone except her dad. Abby wasn't exactly sure how to handle that but for some reason, it had made her laugh. "Guess that goes for the Gryffindor boys too," Abby shot back with a smirk and a wink, "And I'd love to go in with you." She tilted her head up, nose high in the air as she took on the same mocking snobby role Ryan had,

RFor the first time in a while Ryan forgot about everything else that was happening. He remembered back to the time when getting girls was all he cared about, if the were pretty, then he'd go out with them, not because he liked them, but because he wanted to be taken, until he found someone that actually was his type, someone that actually did like him for his personality, not just for his looks. Ryan smirked as the girl complimented him. He was glad that she took the same snobby approach that he did, and didn;t just label him as lame and a try-hard. "After you, milady."
