Something isn’t right. Art had been feeling off today he had been awake since midnight and it was three in the afternoon. He had woken up in a sweat despite the fact he had no covers and was wearing only a pair of shorts he couldn’t go back to sleep it was just to damn hot… Odd for the dungeons in December. For now though the short blonde snake was just off, he had massive bed-head, his clothes were rumpled and his usually pale face was flushed. He needed cold. He needed to lay in a freezer or something or even better he thought as he pulled his light rumpled robes off, letting them slide off his arms and to the floor leaving him in just a plain white tee shirt and his sleep shorts. The soft thump of his robes hitting the floor was followed by the room tipping sideways to which Art compensated by trying to balance. He needed to sit and he did, his rump impacted the floor heavily and he exhaled as the room straightened out slowly. It was weird but it was nothing serious… Yet.
(Open but Art has Pox...)

Drew had taken to wandering the castle, trying to find something to keep himself occupied. It seemed asa if half the school was sick and while he really liked hanging out with his friends even if they were green and breathing fire, he really couldn't spend all day in the Hospital Wing. Even if he didn't have such an adverse reaction to the place, the nurse wouldn't let him.
He was returning from his now daily trip to the kitchens, two apples in his pocket and a thirde between his teeth. He probably looked like a roasted pig as he came across Artie, but even so, he couldn't have looked anywhere as bad as the small Slytherin did.
"Dude... you okay?" he asked, taking the apple from his mouth to speak. The kid looked like a mess and was leaning at a funny angle as he sat on the floor. Drew took a seat next to him and offered him one of his spare Apples. One a day kept the Healers away...

Everyone was sick. Autumn couldn't believe some affliction had just rampaged over the school and she didn't catch it. She was happy that she didn't catch the bug but it really sucked that her boyfriend, Beau, had. She couldn't see him at all. The nurse had quarentined everyone with Dragon Pox and didn't let her in. Autumn tried to plead her case, stating that she had already had it and the chances of her getting it again were slim to none. But to no avail she wasn't alowed in.
Sulking slightly she wandered down to the dungeons, hoping to find someone not sick or at least not showing signs of sickness. As she walked further down the darker it got. She pulled out her wand and lit it. Humming to herself quietly she turned a corner, happening on two boys.
She knew one of them, Drew, the head boy, he was also in her house. The other one was younger and Autumn had never seen him before. She took a few steps forward, noticing that the younger of the two looked quite ill.
"Hey Drew," She said as she walked up to him. Her eyes went down to the younger boy. Copying Drew she sat down, sitting in front of the two boys. "Hey." She spoke to the younger boy, smiling slightly. He looked like he needed a good rest and a nice smile. Autumn could give him the latter of the two.

Art shook his head and stopped moving for a second, he looked around letting the hall finish sliding back into focus And then he nodded. “I’m fine” he said slowly moving himself back onto his feet one slow movement after another. “I just didn’t sleep well last night so I’m tired.” He muttered to both the older students on he knew as Drew the other he wasn’t so sure about. The girl was taller than him, a fact he had been accepting as common for a few years now. She had nice hair and eyes like his icy blue, had she been blonde and shorter they could have been brother and sister, possibly. As Art reached his feet he looked at the apple being offered by Thornton he thought about taking it but he just shook his head and picked up his robes all the while moving slowly. So the hall wouldn’t slide sideways, again, and take him with it, again. Like he had been for the entire year he avoided eye contact with Thornton preferring to look at the ground letting his messy blond hair cover his flushed face.

"Hey Autumn," Drew answered, giving the girl a smile. When Artie decided against the apple, Drew offered it to Autumn in case she wanted it.
"You don't look so hot," Drew told the young Slytherin as the boy tried to stand up again. Drew scrambled up after him, giving a concerned glance at Autumn. The little snake looked like he was about to keel over any second.
"Hey, hold on Art!" Drew said, going after the kid. "Where are you going?" Drew certainly hoped it was the Hospital wing.

Autumn grinned at Drew as he offered her an apple. She knew of his daily trips to the kitchens and made a mental note to tag along one day. She took the apple from him and bit in. The taste was lovely and fresh. She Autumn made a slight 'mmm' sound as she munched.
The Slytherin boy started to get up and try to walk away. Wrapping her apple in a fresh napkin she put away the apple in her robe pocket. She got up, following the boy and Drew. "Yeah, you should try to sit down." Autumn reached out as if to grab hold of the boy. "Maybe just go up to the Hospital Wing for a tick as have the Nurse look after you."
The boy really didn't look well. If he didn't got to the nurse he'd only get worse.

Jason stumbled across the hall He felt like carp. "I'm gona kill them, whoever started this the dead when i get my hands on them" Jason said in anger to himself. Jason, Jason leaned against the wall. Being sick didn't bother him as much as not being able to go home did. Not being able to see his parents, more or less not being able to spend time with his cuz Kaylee who was coming for the holidays from Seattle.
Jason pressed on and stopped, "wait I'm in the Dungeons" he said to himself not realizing where he was. he herd some voices up ahead. He saw 3 people. he stooped and leaned against the wall again. "Damn"He muttered under his breath

Art didn’t need to see that both the other students had gotten up he could hear it. The hospital wing was the last place on his mind, he had done his time there already and he couldn’t stand being ‘chained’ to the bed. “sss’ok I’m goin tuh the common room.” Art mumbled the thought of his four poster was overwhelming and he truly just wanted to crash and sleep this off. The boy slowly ran a hand to move the hair back a bit but still insured his eyes didn’t leave the floor. “Jus’ Tired.” He continued knowing he could probably just sleep this bit of sickness off and be fin in the morning or maybe even the day after. Art kept his slow shuffle leading deeper into the dungeons where the Den of Snakes was.

Jason showed his face farther down the hall and he didn't look so hot either. In fact, the Ravenclaw didn't look much better than Artie looked. Drew understood the wariness for heqding to the hospital wing, but if that's where they needed to be, that's where they needed to be. At very least, the nurse should check on them and then they could probably go to the respective common rooms. Heck, it really didn't make much difference with most of the school sick.
"You at least gotta go see the nurse," Drew answered, following after the snake. He looked over at Autumn, hoping for a little bit of back up, but mostly to double check that she wasn't sick as well. She looked fine, but so did half the school just a short week ago.
