So many questions, and yet, like always there was no answers, none whatsoever. Celina never had any, and it was eating away at her even more than some of the other things she knew… Celina could hardly keep it to herself, and every day she became more and more down about it. Her brother was in an organization that everyone thought was so horrible and bad… she felt for a boy who was having her own issues and she could hardly come to grasp with what it would mean for her in the end… and above all else, her times with her friends were not only limited, but she felt herself wanting to spew herself to them every time they looked at her and asked her how her days were going.
In front of her on the table sat a plate of food that she’d hardly touched all night. Dinner was not something she usually attended in the Great Hall since her brother had started working at the school. Normally, she was with him… eating and discussing things… random and so on. It didn’t matter what, but usually it was comforting. Tonight, Celina just didn’t feel like talking to Alfonz… what would she talk about? Especially, when all he did was avoid the topics that she really felt she needed to talk about.
Muggles? What were they and why were they so awful? Celina shook her head, trying to make the thoughts go away. Purebloods? What were they? Contacts? Again, not a term she’d even become half as familiar with as Celina thought she should have since she had started looking the year before. Picking up her fork, she fiddled and poked around her plate of food, sighing and again, shaking her head. Maybe the thoughts would just go away… or maybe, it was finally time to find someone to speak with? But… who would understand?
Looking up, she saw the sky above them in the Great Hall… it was raining outside, and the flickering flames danced somewhat wildly. The roof looked like her insides felt. And yet, the clouds even had more release than she.
