To concoct a potion meant many things. You needed materials, substances, determination, instruction, and a good destination to wish to reach. All of these things would get you a vile of a well conjured potion. Experimenting, however, was an entirely different story. To experiment, you only need two things; carelessness and curiosity. These were traits Evangeline was feeling very much right now.
What better place to find ingredients but the Hospital Wing. Well, logically you would to the Potions Dungeon. Eva normally would go there. However, on spur of the moment, she didn't feel like going all the way back down there. Laziness was another trait lingering in her body still, and she found herself in the Hospital Wing.
As long as she didn't get caught in here, sneaking around, she wouldn't get in trouble. The nurse was a loony anyway, so why should it matter.
With an air of casualty in her stride, seeing as the nurse was obviously in her office, wrapped up in something. There they were; all the viles of these lovely liquids at her feet. Actually, they were above head but that's not how the phrase goes. It was a rainbow of all things possible. The nurse may be a loon, but she must have also been rather clever; none of these viles were labeled.
Even someone like Eva wasn't stupid enough to take things of which she didn't know what they were. Burning down the school and everyone in it was not worth two seconds of excitement. Her feet carried her off the other side of the room, where another cabinet was. Perhaps these would have labels.
