Marvin sat at his desk. His office much less elborate than many would expect of him. It looked at first site as though all that was within was the desk, although once you entered you would notice a hat rack with many hooks protruding from it beside the door and a few paintings on the walls. But other than those the only different things within this office was a double photoframe that sat closed upon the desk, hiding its inhabitants from the prying world.
His door today remained open as he scribbeled on some paper in front of him, awaiting the entrance of one such huffle. The room was brightly lit however making the means of the meeting seem much different to what they really were. He had noticed some things and decided this huffle did infact need a good speaking to. So he waited at his desk for the arrival of the huffle.

Great, just what I needed.......
Mike thought to himself as he trudged down the hallway towards Professor Atwood's office. He had recieved an owl earlier that day requesting.....no demanding his precense at that particular time in the Professor's office, now Mike had thought about giving it a miss but unfortunatley for him Matty had been around when he had got the letter and talked him into going to this meeting.
He stopped a few feet from the door, and just stood there. Thoughts racing through his head about what could possibly happen to him once he stepped through that doorway.
Best not to dwell on it
He thought to himself before walking into the doorway. He saw the Professor sitting there in his chair, looking scarily normal.
"You erm....requesting my precense Professor?"

"Sit" Marvin said with a soft wave of his hand, making a big soft red and orange poka dotted arm chair appear infront of his desk for Mike to take a seat in. The meeting wasn't as such because Mike was in trouble, but more because Marvin had worries that he was troubeled. He had doubted the boys attendence but was quite glad to see that he did actually turn up to the meeting. Marvin gave his hand another small wave and the door shut briskly behind Mike.
"Would you like a cup of tea or a ginger bread man?" Marvin asked Mike with a warm smile offering forewards a plate of ginger bread men which had just appeared on a plate next to a kettle and some cups. Marvin saw no reason why Mike should feel uncomfortable about the meeting as they were just going to have a little chat.
"I must ask Michael" Marvin said his eyes looking at Mike with a curious stare "How are things for you at the moment? How is your life going?" It was a very straight foreward queston but Marvin saw no reason to beat around the bush.

"Got any coffee?"
Mike asked as he quickly took the seat that had been offered to him, as much as he didn't want to be here he did know that both Matty and Krissy had a shared point. He did need help and maybe talking to the Professor about it could help him onto the right track. He took a deep breathe before speaking again.
"My life......is lousy, it really is....."
He said in a rather soft voice before leaning back into the chair and speaking again
"I was in love....and she rejected me, I know it was stupid of me to ask her, especially considering how old we are, but it's not as though it was going to happen straight away"

Marvin poured the boy a cup of coffee handing the glass over to him with the sugar bowl and the milk. Just incase he wanted either of those with his coffee. He took a sip of his tea and then looked at Mike with a friendly stare. "Thats correct" he said to Mike "That sort of thing is best left until your alot older than you are right now" Her reactiong, was quite understandable and you must understand that" Marvin looked at Mike.
"However, the fact that she said no, does not mean she doesn't love you, although I use that term lightly. Shes probably just scared, and understandably so." Marvins voice was calm and his words slow, he knew this was difficult for the boy. "Have you talked to her since?"
