Alex sat on his desk, head in hands, eyes closed and waiting. He didn't know if any of his students that were 6th or 7th years would even care to go to his classes, he can just hope that Celina or anyone would come. Alex sighed and looked up, he hadn't had anything to teach, except Roman history and the artifacts in his office. He'll just teach them whatever he knows and whatever he can teach them here, he looked around and then the dangerous artifacts shelf caught his attention, he needed to block that. Alex let his head drop back to the desk though, he wasn't even in his state of mind to be a teacher. He was more focused on worrying about his sister.
Alex stood up and walked over to a trunk he kept there, Celina's brother had burned his picture and he had nothing else here, if only he had more pictures. Even just a single reminder of his sister was enough for him, he sighed. "I swear, Alfonz Jedynak is not stepping foot in his office again. As long as I teach here" he muttered.

Charlie headed out to the History of Magic class but with the comments of the last class heeded. She had heard what had happened, and she could only peg it as something absolutely awkward, and nothing short of it. Still, she had to give the class a try, and see for herself if it was worth attending.
She knocked three times loud and strongly, wondering why it had to be in an office when a classroom was perfectly suitable. Still, she didn't think much past the unconventional structure of the class, and waited to be allowed in.

It was as if the class was made up just for her, and those for had missed the first class the man had ever had. But that was just how things went, and Celina knew it... nor did she argue it anymore. It was now November, and since September, she had been attending classes and doing what she needed to get everything done and accounted for. Walking up behind the Head Girl, Celina smiled shyly, but said nothing. The class was getting smaller before getting any larger, and Celina could only hope that Connor decided to come to this class too. It would be nice to see him there... but at the same time, she had learned not to really count on others. Her brother thought it was about time.
Celina stood and waited. Soon, it would be time for another History of Magic Class.

Xander sighed when there was a knock on his door, his guess would be Celina or Seanna. Xander stood up and walked over to the door, or maybe it was the headmistress. Whoever it was, he just hoped it was a student. Xander opened the door and was surprised to see not only Celina there, but also another student. "come in... come in" he said, stepping aside and opening the door further. "Excuse me, but my office is not as tidy as my classroom" he said, smiling at them both.

Before the door had opened, Charlie had seen the other girl come up for the class. "Packed house tonight, eh?" She nodded her head in a slight greeting. With the way things had gone last time, she wasn't expecting high attendance for this particular class. But before much could be exchanged between the two of them, the door opened and the professor had them already in the office. "Yeah, thanks," Charlie said as she came in and looked around the classroom, thinking pretty much the same thing he said, but wasn't visibly bothered by it. "It's fine, dude," she mentioned lightly. Like anyplace else, she took a seat on a chair and slumped on it, already making herself at home. She took out her book and parchment and placed them on her lap.
"What's the topic of today, prof?" Charlie asked the man, not feeling at all phased by him yet.

Walking up the stairs to the Professor's office for the HOM class, Seanna took them two at a time to ensure that she wouldn't be late for this class. Seanna had colored in the square that was made out for HOM on her schedule in a bright orange color and made a circle around it so she wouldn't forget to come to the class this time. The Hufflepuff still felt bad for not showing up to the class last time, so she was hoping to make up for her no-show by actually appearing in this one.
Making quick steps down the corridor towards Professor Griffiths office, Seanna let out a sigh, relieved when she spotted Celina standing in the doorway when she had finally made it to the door of the office. Giving Celina a smile, her gaze wandered over to that of the Professor and she gave him a smile as well.
Not hearing the come in from the Professor before she had arrived, Seanna wasn't sure if she was allowed inside the office just yet. Having not spotted Charlie yet inside the office and not wanting to be rude, Seanna waited outside the office with Celina, while she waited to be allowed inside for the class.

Xander turned to the Slytherin student who immediately went inside and then to Celina, he smiled at Celina. "Well?" he asked, waiting for Celina to enter the classroom. He didn't know why, but Celina was someone he could compare to his sister. She was shy, very easily frightened and seem to be very close to her brother. Alfonz reminds him of an arrogant and proud Ravenclaw that he had met during his time as a student here at hogwarts though. He just couldn't quite link the two of them as brother and sister, they were the opposites of eachother, but they get along so well... Yin and Yang... he thought.
Xander looked back into his office when the student asked about the lesson, but he stopped when he noticed someone walking towards his office and stopping beside Celina. It was Seanna, "Hello Seanna" he greeted with a smile. Then he just left his office door fully open, "Come in, you two. I can't have my classes with you two standing at the door, you know" he said. He had been planning a different lesson, one that was like the time when Seanna went in his office asking for the notes in class. He would use the projection tomes to teach them, it worked with the other years, so it would definitely work with them.
((BTW... The list is changeable, those who still want to attend... PM me or just enter this thread... only 6th and 7th years though, but professor interferance is ok if anyone wants to interfere. This isn't really a class, it's just like a private tutoring session.))

After hearing the Professor say that it was okay for her to go into the office, Seanna stepped around Celina and entered into the office. Having already been in the Professor's office once before, she was used to the surroundings, but she did get a bit of a shock at the more messiness the office seemed to have this time, compared to the last time she was in her asking for notes.
Seanna raised a eyebrow when she saw Charlie inside the office already. Not being overly friendly with the Slytherin head girl, Seanna made her way over to the opposite side of the room to a vacant chair that was still visible to the Professor's desk, so she could see what they were going to learn. Occupying herself until the class started, Seanna let her brown eyes wander throughout the office again, still finding interesting things to look at inside the office.

An unofficial lesson, a private tutoring session, whatever it was, Connor wanted in on it. He knew it was stupid to walk out of the class during the first history of magic class, and this time he was staying no matter what. At least, that was what he told himself as he walked up the five flights of stairs to Professor Griffith's office. Stopping as he walked, Connor took off his robes and adjusted his tie. He hoped the gathering wasn't too formal.
He stood about five feet before the doorway and saw a couple people filter into the room. Swallowing his pride slightly, Connor walked forward the remaining distance between him and the doorway and knocked lightly on the doorframe. The door was already open, but seeing as how he had already walked out on the man's class once, he didn't want to go in uninvited. Maybe it would also be a good opportunity to apologize to the man? Connor shifted his back pack as he waited.

Xander turned to the table and flicked his wand and summoned the same book that he had showed Seanna, Celina hadn't gone in yet, so he'll just stay near the door. "Roman history, I'll be showing you the events of the history of Rome. The founding breeders of the Griffins, Yes... there was Roman blood there...." he started, but he stopped when there was a knock on the doorframe. He turned around and saw Connor there, "Mr. Manning, is there something you'd want to ask me? or is there something else?" he asked. It was confusing for Connor to be here, he had walked out on the first class... why return now?

Connor shuffled back and forth between his left and right foot as he waited. The wait wasn't long, however, until Professor Griffiths stood before him, a puzzled look on his face. The sixth year shifted uncomfortably as Griffths asked what he wanted. He turned his head, looking past the man and into the office to where the other students were for a brief second or two before returning his gaze to the Professor before him. He cleared his throat slightly as he went on.
" I came for class, Sir. I was... hoping that'd be alright. " Connor's tone was slightly doubtful as he spoke. Would the man let him into this ' private ' tutoring session? He hoped so. Connor had missed out on some important notes by leaving class the first time around and was hoping to catch up. The thought of failing a class or having to drop the class didn't sit well with the over achieving Slytherin. He worked hard for his grades so he could move on to something bigger and better and failing anything wasn't in the plan.

Xander looked at Connor and watched him shift uncomfortably, Connor was the first of his three walk out's to come to him, except when he was giving Felicity the failed detention. Xander watched as Connor look inside the office, he was watching the Slytherin carefully. Maybe Annemarie was right about her Slytherins, they can be a pain... but this one was peculiar of them.
" I came for class, Sir. I was... hoping that'd be alright. "
A small smile appeared on Xander's face, his questioning gaze was replaced by a contented one. Connor's voice was doubtful though, and Xander knew that Connor must think that Xander was mad at him. "Welcome to my special N.E.W.T. class, Connor." he said, moving beside the boy and leaning over to him. Then he put a hand on the boy's shoulder and whispered "Tell your Head of house that she was right about you guys, I owe your house 5 points. If you ever want to say thanks, say it to your head of house, not to me." Xander striaghtened up and smiled at Connor, then he gestured for him to come in.
Xander faced his students again and continued to speak, "As I was saying, You'll all be learning Roman History for this lesson. After this, I'll review you all with Hogwarts' History and Egyptian history. If your past professors didn't cover things, I'll be happy to give you an example of Egyptian Magic or Illusions and Curses." he said. He was smiling this time, he might be still angry at a certain quidditch ref. but he wasn't gonna show it on his students. Xander levitated 4 small journals to his desk and then he walked over infront of his desk and set the Tome there. "Seanna, you might already know this. I've used this method on the 1st years and 2nd years, I'm planning on using this on my O.W.L. so I might as well use it this time on you guys" he said. Xander crouched down and opened the Tome...
Out came a projection of the Romans of the past, one was obviously Emperor Ceasar, but he wasn't a wizard. "As you can see, here is Emperor Ceasar with his captains and advisers. Now, Emperor Ceasar is not a wizard, but his army captains and his advisers are. They use magic in secret, and the druids" he flicked his wand and the projection changed into that of a forest where a couple of elders were discussing something "As oppose to roman wizards, display their magic freely. Now, in the past and disastrous lesson. Celina stayed with me to use the Scepter of an elder of the druids, it was this one" he walked over to one of the crates and took out an old scepter that looked like something made from entangled vines. "A scepter like this is very powerful, though this is only from a normal druid. I'll show you an elder Druid's Scepter later. Now, watch this projection. It would only last for 5 minutes, and write the important details" he said.
Xander flicked his wand and the projection changed into that of a Roman wizard mixing a potion for a wounded soldier, it was cleverly disguised as well. Xander nodded at the scene and then he returned near the door, I'll let them look in the journals later he thought, returning to the door and leaning on the doorfram. He watched his students and also looked outside the office, waiting to see if some student would come.

Celina's eyes had been distracted by the sight of another walking down the hall as her huffle friend walked by her. It was Connor, and without even realizing that she was doing it, Celina brightly smiled, but was quick to turn away to enter the classroom. At least there was still people in the class, and maybe Connor was going to get into the class as well... Celina could only hope, for her other close friends weren't there and she really missed them being in the class. Sighing, she entered the room and listened intently to the professor and Connor.
It was a weird connection that the two males made in Celina's opinion. Connor asked... well, kind of, to be in the class and Professor Griffiths allowed it to happen. Even saying that he owed the Slytherin house five points... wait... because of their Head? Celina rose an eyebrow, but looked at Connor instead of the profesor. What was he talking about? She hadn't a clue in the faintest, but smiled all the while as Connor was allowed in the class.
Listening, Celina got out her notebook and a quill to write things down, nodding as her named was mentioned about the class where she had stayed. She scribbled and took her notes, moving over slightly as if not to block Connor's way when he entered the room fully. The office was rather small for a meeting... but Celina didn't question it. Did she ever?

' Welcome to my special N.E.W.T. class, Connor. '
The Slytherin's slightly worried expression melted away to form a slight smile as he spoke the his History of Magic professor. " Thank you, sir. " He was more than ready to redeem himself to the Professor. He nodded to the man as he mentioned something about having to thank his head of house when he got the chance. " I'll thank her the next time I see her, don't worry. " Connor looked inside the room as the man gestured him in. He noticed that neither Drew nor Felicity were there in the office.
He did notice, though, that Celina was smiling brightly at him. He returned the smile as he walked over to her saying a quick, " Hi. " Before sitting himself down in a chair and pulling out a notebook as well as something to write with. Roman history... He watched the projection with interest. He shied away slightly as he mentioned the previous lesson. Connor looked up to what the man was holding, the scepter. His eyes scanned back to the projection as Professor Griffiths mentioned it would only be about five minutes long. He jotted down a couple of things before looking back up to the professor.

Arriving late, on an accident. History of Magic was becoming a ethusasim to Tristan, but the dummy had forgot that he signed up for the class. He only remembered when a Fifth-Year stated he had History of Magic homework, and when Tristan heard it, he gasped and ran to the Gryffindor tower to get his stuff and ran all the way down to Fifth Floor. Pushing people away, he even managed to run away from Peeves, the only enemy so far that he ever made in Hogwarts.
Once he made it there, he noticed class was already in session. "My apolgizes, Professor. I for-- thought it was the classroom I was suppose to go, and realized it was the office " he said nervously.
