The dream were almost unwelcome, though he slipped in and out of consciousness which helped in some ways. Though when he fell asleep it always ended up being the same continuing dreams. Dreams of curses, of the darker magic that they ran across in South America. Of the traditions of cultures completely different from his own. He was fine with different cultures normally, but the dark arts performed in some of the villages they had seen. Death came for animals and humans alike at one point or another in those places, places Dante hoped to never go back to. In the end the dream slowly shifted between the horror of the villages and the serene. Those smiling faces of the crew, the calm jungle after a storm. None of it made much sense to Dante, he knew full well that it was all in his head, that he fully enjoyed his time away, his summer. But this came at him like something else entirely.
He did not hear the second person enter the room though, and nearly jumped up when he finally heard something, a voice and contact with his cheek. One that was not in his dream, but instead was rather close. "Hey...don't fall asleep so soon, the party just started." He tipped his hat up to see the familiar face. “Oh don't mind me,” he smirked, “I was just making sure I was well rested for once the party got here.” She always knew how to lighten his mood, a welcome talent for sure. As the thoughts of dark magic slipped into the back of his mind where it would stay for now. He sat up a bit and offered her to sit next to him.

"I don't want you to go back either," he told her with a wry little smile. He wanted her to stay close where he could make sure she was okay and where he could see her whenever he wanted. But that probably wasn't the best thing for either of them.
But he didn't know what to tell her. He wanted to alleviate her concerns but knew he wasn't allowed to try and assure her that anything would be okay. She'd take it as a promise and he just couldn't guarentee anything would be fine, especially after what had happened two Januarys ago.
"It's up to you, and I don't want you to go, but I think you probably should," he told her with a long sigh. He had a feeling that her dad would probably love it if she stayed home, but her mom would be disappointed. "It's your last year. Celina and Connor and Dante will be there and I'm just an owl away."

Summer vacation had gone rather well and above all was peaceful in some ways. The "some" ment that Erik decided to stay at her house for a month during the brake which was good and bad. It was good beacuse he would help Anna practice dueling and Quidditch but it was bad because he was her brother. Being her brother ment that he loved the whole 'I'm older than you so I get to torment you'. Only this time Erik had to be a little careful since his little sister could now use magic outside of school. Mum and Dad weren't complaining, normally their son was so busy with work that he rarely came over for a visit. With things at the ministry being what they are it isn't too surprising but Mrs. Becket refused to let the boy leave for a good month.
Anna on the other hand was excited yet sad all at once as September 1st finally came. This was going to be her last year at Hogwarts so after this it was the real world from there on in. No more breakfast in the great hall, owls swarming everywhere, Gryffindor tower and everything else that made the school so special. What was worse was that Tristan had just graduated and would not be returning to Hogwarts with her. Instead her boyfriend had just joined the Auror Academy which was the same place Anna wanted to go after this year.
Dad and Erik were both busy at work today so it was just mum and Tristan today helping Anna board the Hogwarts Express for the last time. There was no way Mrs. Becket was going to miss seeing off her baby but Anna kind of wished she wasn't there. She wasn't going to see Tristan again for a long time and the gryff wanted to say a proper good bye without mother standing in the backround all teary eyed. Grabbing a trolley, Anna started to put her trunk onto it and pushed to the direction of the barrier between platforms nine and ten. Coquito was sitting comforably upon her shoulder and might need to be forced into his cage when it finally came to boarding. Now with the rush going on, the seventeen year old dearly hoped she wasn't forgetting anything.

Josh had requested that his family leave him before he got on the platform to go back to school. He was not, by any means, embarrassed by his family but he knew that people always stared at them when they were out together. None of them, except the twins, looked like they were related. Josh still hadn't exposed his family life to anyone and they all understood why. They had accepted Josh and his secretive ways and had said their goodbyes outside the station. Josh walked into the station with his trunk by himself, waving goodbye once more before venturing onto platform 9 and 3/4. A couple familiar faces floated around the platform when Josh reached the other side of the wall. Nobody spoke to him as he wheeled his trunk to a door and boarded the train. Instinctively, the boy glanced over his shoulder even though he knew no one was there to see him off. A light sigh escaped his lips as he turned his head and walked onto the train. The Hufflepuff seventh year searched for an empty compartment in the train when one on his left caught his eye. An extremely familiar face and voice was on the other side of the door and Josh couldn't help but smile. "You mind if I join?" Josh asked quietly, poking his copper head into the compartment. [Matty] Matty had been just about to sit up and pull off the backpack that was still on her back, when a quiet, yet familiar voice reached her ears. Cranking in her head to see if it really was who she thought it would be, green eyes found that it was the seventh year in mind. "Josh!" she exclaimed, a grin rippling onto her face. Alright, so maybe Matty and Josh weren't as close as some Hufflepuffs were, but that didn't mean she didn't want it to be so. He had found her in when in strife on a couple of occasions, and had safely pulled her out of any harms way - both physical, and probably mental, too. The girl had even almost forgotten his question, but she sat upright, pulling off her pack, and stowing it in the compartment above. "Yeah, of course. I'm not too sure on who else will be joining us, if anyone. And Tianne has to go to the Prefects meeting sometime, too." she said, now managing to stand up and shuffle over so there would be room on her seat for the older Hufflepuff. Anyone who didn't know Matilda better might have thought she had something going for Josh, because of her bubbly personality to wards him. (After all, ahem, who was Emeric Troy to her?) But in actual fact, she was just really glad to see him.

"Tis an art, Miss Wentworth. Relaxation, one that you, child, could never understand!" Tianne spoke, a posh accent clean on her tongue, a snobby look crossing her features. Okay, so the girl had kind of peered out, waiting for Matty to join her (there was no doubt in her mind that her best friend would find her), but Tianne was willing to pretend otherwise. Eh, it was worth it, to speak in the posh voice that she had going for her at that very moment. Still laying on her back, unwilling to look at the girl, Tianne tried to keep the smirk hidden.
"I had a feeling you'd be joining me, Miss Wentworth. I knew that you would follow your curiosity, and peer down the cabins, in search of the one the on-" She spoke, again in the voice, still trying to hide her smirk from the girl. But she was interrupted, by a voice that she had no idea who belonged to, that startled her, to say the absolute least.
But no, we're going to be saying more than that. Flicking her head to face the door, Tianne attempted to sit up straight at the same time, as her back slid down the back of the chair, and somehow, she ended up on the floor. Don't ask how it happened, but it did, and the girl found herself flush a color of red. "Sorry." She said, picking herself up off the floor, scooting over on the seat, so she was near to the corner. She had never been more embarrassed, although that isn't saying much. Not many embarrassing things happened to the girl.

Her head tilted slightly as Jason turned and her smile widened a bit more. At first, it was clear he hadn't figured it out who exactly she was until he'd turned around and it made Vanessa giggle slightly. "Not much with me. I can't believe we're seventh years, can you?" It was still something that boggled her mind. Seventh years? That meant that after this year, there was only life ahead of them. What was ahead of them? Vanessa didn't and couldn't know. Not yet any ways. The Ravenclaw looked tired and as he offered her a seat, Vanessa nodded and continued to smile. Walking a step forward, and then another, Vanessa put her carryon to her side as she took the seat in front of Jason and nodded at him. "Thanks. I didn't want to sit alone. I haven't many friends though around here that I'm too close with..." it had been six years and though Vanessa had made friends and knew people, she'd never made any friends that were too close. "Though I guess it's my fault," she giggled. "I like being by myself too much." Jason waited for her to sit down then leaned back in his seat. Jason was hoping to get a little bit of rest before they got to the school, because he knew that the Ravenclaw common room was going to be party central after the feast that night. Knowing that he was more than likely going to be the one to start the party. Needless to say he wasn't going to sleep for a while. He smiled "yeah i cant believe its our last year either" Jason said taking a deep breath. "Seems like yesterday I was making this trip for the first time."

Arriving early at Anna's house to say goodbye to her for a long time. He made her laugh a lot this morning and played with her and such. Even her little cat, Coquito. Though, Tristan thinks the little shrimp actually hates Tristan. He knew why if it was true. He wanted to buy her something really good when she got back. He wasn't very sure what she wanted to be in the future, but he had an idea.
Arriving at the bloody platform. He was with her mom and Anna. Watching as new kids and old kids abroad the train. He looked at the train and it looked the same like it always did. He then looked at Anna. "Well, it's your last year. Make Gryffindor, proud," he told her.

Cole's eyes lit up as Delilah knocked and stepped into the Compartment. She was still as beautiful as he remembered. He quickly stood up and gave her a big hug as soon as she came close. He slowly let go, not really wanting to but knowing he had to. He replied to her question with a "Of course I saved a seat...I have been looking forward to it for a long while already, I've really missed you Delilah."Wow...she is really here...I've missed her so much...its so good to see her Cole thought. "Thanks again for writing all those letters with me" Cole said. He felt so very excited to see Delilah again. It amazed Cole how attatched to her he had become over the summer when he had only seen her a few times.
Cole moved his bag so Delilah could sit down beside him. As he was moving it he took a sidelong glance at Delilah. He noticed right away that she was wearing the bracelet he had given her. He put his bag down with the rest of his luggage and turned back to Delilah. "Nice bracelet...where did you get it?" He said with a huge grin on his face. I am so glad she likes it... Cole thought. "So what have you been up to since last time?" he asked in his normal voice.

Delilah was suddenly in a warm embrace, and she was happy that it was coming from Cole. She smiled as he towered over her, giving her a hug, on that she missed dearly. "Nice to see you too." She said into his ear with a small giggle. She loved how he wasn't letting go right away... Obviously she meant alot to him. Delilah took her seat once he finally let her go, and took the seat he had saved for her. His eyes said it all, he missed her too. "Not at all Cole, I love writing." She said, smiling up at him, her school robes already on.
Delilah laughed lightly and shook her head, "Oh I just found it near a swing some where." She said, returning is joking manner. Delilah stood up suddenly, "Which reminds me," she said, searching around in the smallest bag she had, "this is for you." She said, handing him back his jacket which had been cleaned and pressed. She really hoped Cole didn't mind, her father sure didn't seem to mind cleaning it... "Ah, same old same old." She said, taking the seat beside him once again, smiling up at him. She wasn't sure what else to say... nothing interesting happened at all.

Vanessa nodded her head, still in awe about the concept of 'one year left'. Now that all of the older students were gone, and her class was the oldest, she even wondered if anything would really happen at the school of interest. She hoped it would not, for a quiet year would be the way she'd want it all to end. Nothing bad happening, everything nice, subtle, and in the end... finished. The Deva hadn't been heard of in some time, nor did any resistance against them. It seemed that the war was finally coming to an end between 'good and evil' in some ways. Now only if the muggle world would join into that idea, Earth would be a peaceful place to live.
Searching through her bag of stuff she'd brought along with her, Vanessa pulled out some knitting needles and her newest unfinished project, and began to knit quietly. "I'm hoping for a peaceful semester. What about you, Jason?" Vanessa said, looking up from her needles with only her eyes. "Planning on getting into any trouble?" she giggled knowing that the guy was always filled with ideas on how to 'spark up life' just a bit. She only wondered what could be in store for him in this year... and at the same time, she dared to even ask herself if she cared to really know.

Jason grinned "Its Hogwarts, is anything really peaceful, I mean you have ghosts running around hooting and howling, first years misfiring spells blowing random stuff up, and perhaps a couple older students pulling pranks on staff and younger students" Jason said looking back out the window. "Peaceful isn't a word i would use to describe Hogwarts my friend"
Jason laughed when she asked him if he was planning on getting into any trouble "define trouble" Jason asked turning back to Vanessa

Alfonz had decided that what was done had to be undone. Celina’s sparkle in her eye was gone, as well as the dimple that usually shown when she smiled. Of course, that could have been because Alfonz really hadn’t seen more than a small upturn of her lips since he’d had her with him. Unfortunately, Alfonz was at a loss as to how to get her back. He’d even bought her another cat… Pearl followed close to Emerald as if they had been the best of friends, of course, they were just as much night and day as Celina’s new personality was.
Alfonz looked around the platform at all the hustle and bustle, and yet, it seemed like there was nothing that was any longer in his control. Alfonz sighed, putting his hand on the back of Celina's exposed neck, for the bun she wore was as tight as ever, and her dress covered everything else that would have been bare. He massaged it gently. Alfonz had told her... promised her that he'd ride with her, though she had only refused with her eyes. Vocally, she said 'alright' and that was all of it. She barely spoke... about anything. Alfonz had to break her free of whatever mind meld their father had done to her.
"Come on, Celina," Alfonz said turning towards her, putting his hands under her chin to lift her face and eyes to meet his. "Talk to me..." he growled softly, kissing her on the forehead. "What happened?" His eyes fluttered with worry, as Alfonz had no idea what there was to do. He'd been trying for three weeks. Even at the get together with her friends, she didn't much change her expression or her attitudes. The only one who had made her light up even in the slightest was that boy, Manning... Alfonz had been disgusted, but at the same time... it triggered ideas in the older Jedynak's head that made him wonder...
Alfonz looked around the train station. "Fine. Don't speak. Move." He ordered her annoyed like. "We'll find a compartment and find a seat." Alfonz turned from Celina and began to walk, the cats following him more than they were sticking with his younger sister. It probably hadn't helped that he'd been the one feeding them the past few weeks... and Pearl did like his pillow at night.... damn cats... he found himself thinking.
Looking back at his sister, he stuck out his arm. "Come," he called, knowing that lately, that was all she responded to.

Celina stood still as she usually did anymore right at her brother's side. The activity around the two Jedynaks was hectic, and yet, Celina didn't mind it. This is how the platform usually was. Behind the two of them, a black and a white cat sat peacefully. Emerald and Pearl. Alfonz had gotten Pearl for her about a week ago, and as much as Celina loved both of her cats Emerald was still her favorite. Of course, the two had their own qualities... of course, Celina then wasn't thinking about that. Especially with how much Alfonz was making her nervous.
He walked in front of her and kissed her forehead, holding up her head so that she looked him in the eye. She said nothing as he pleaded with him. Nothing had happened. She'd learned how to be a woman. A witch... she'd learned better. She shook her head, barely lifting her shoulders as she did so, as if she had no idea what Alfonz was looking for with his questions. At that moment he turned from her and started walking away. Pearl and Emerald followed him, both cats looking back... Bright green and pale blue eyes looking at her as if also asking her why she was not coming. She moved and as Alfonz called her, she briskly walked up to him, as straight as she could and took his arm.
Both Jedynaks started toward the train and Celina lightly took Alfonz's arm. "I'm not sure I'm allowed two cats in the Ravenclaw house," Celina said randomly to her brother, looking up at him. "Where will Pearl stay?" she asked innocently and sheepishly.

Drew didn't want her to go? That information surprised the blonde and her face showed as much. That wasn't what she expected. Drew was supposed to tell her she had to go, that finishing school was the only way to go. Of course, she was happy he wasn't telling her he wanted her to go, that wouldn't be very nice, but maybe he was just telling her what he didn't want, and nothing more. Why did she really have to return though? Her mum never finished and turned out just fine.
Watching him, she wondered if he felt the same way as she did. If something happened, either at Hogwarts or in London, what could they do? In Hogwarts, she was alone, he was outside of the walls unless someone told him differently. In London, she was stuck in school, unable to help her mum or Drew. It just wouldn't work, she couldn't help either of them if something happened.
But he did want her to return.
"What if...?" the question hung in the air. There were so many what ifs, she wasn't sure where to start. "What if I do go back and something happens? To you, or mum? Or what if I do go back home Drew? Dad would make me attend schooling and go to university. That'd be at least four years, one more than we planned. And while it's just one more year, I don't want that. I want to be with you as soon as we can be together. Three years is a long time, and four is too long. Nor do I want to attend university. But it'd be unlikely for me to go to the research facility if I don't return to Hogwarts."
There were so many options, but nothing looked like a good one.
"I want to go to that facility, Drew, the one in Kenya. But I don't want to leave you, or mum."

"If you want to go to Kenya, you know you have to go," Drew told her, pulling his arms around her tighter and speaking into her hair. He thought over the possibility of her attending university and thought her dad's idea wasn't too bad. If she were at University, she'd probably be in London and even if she wasn't, the restrictions on meeting up would be fewer.
But he knew how badly she wanted to go to Kenya. They had spent hours working things out so they could both persue their dreams and he couldn't see her giving up on hers so easily.
He found it sweet that she was worried about him when he was so worried about her, but the concerns about leaving her mom were pretty mutual. "If anything happens, I'm an owl away, " he told her. "Bogey's been practicing his long-distance flying and can make it with only a couple of rest stops. And you know I'll check in on your mom. She has your dad and the rest of the family. If anything happens, I can get you back home in a matter of minutes." He knew she'd never go to Raynor, but he could get Allegra to arrange a floo, or he would go up and get her himself if need be.
