A small squeal when he had a hold of her ankles and a bit of laughter after. At least he wasn't hurting her, and she was pretty sure he had no intentions to, much like she had none to hurt him, only enough to get him back. He'd held her down in the cold snow, letting her bare hands freeze over like should without mittens or gloves, and she was more than happy to share that chill with him, but it was a matter of timing. Felicity needed Drew to have a false sense of security first.
Laughing about how he approached her, how he looked like he was ready for battle, she clucked her tongue like a chiding mother and shook her head back and forth.
"You're just waiting for a war, aren't you?" she asked him before making a lunge and wrapping her arms around his neck. Of course, the blonde was very careful not to touch him with her hands, for if she did, it would completely ruin her plan.
Turning her head just a bit, she softly placed a kiss on his ear before leading a trail along his cheek and going in for the gold with a nice kiss on his lips. The time would come to get him back, but at the moment, kissing him seemed like a better idea.

"I'm waiting... waiting for you to get me...get me back..." he answered, losing his concentration when she flung her arms around him and started kissing his ear. If this was her idea of retaliation, he was all for it and by the time she had made it to his lips, he had forgotten all about tickling and snow down her back.
He leaned back into the snow and pulled her down with him, smiling through the kiss. His hand found it's way to her hair and as he wove a golden lock around his fingers, he hummed happily. Yup, the best part of snow was kissing Felicity in it.

Giggling quietly, she couldn't help but like how he stuttered, it was adorable. However, when he started leaning backwards, she tried fighting, but barely. What was the point in fighting him when he had his arms around her? Or when he was kissing her the way he was? There wasn't any point, none at all, at least not to the Gryffindor there wasn't.
On the other hand, it made it harder to do what she'd planned, especially since he was leaning in the snow, her hands were probably not going to be nearly as cold as the snow would be. But, there was a way to do it.
Pulling her arms from around his neck, she lightly dragged the palms of her hands down his sides until she could reach the hem of his sweater. Pulling it up, just about an quarter of an inch, she touched her cold fingertips to his skin. No, she had absolutely no plans of moving his shirt beyond that, but she thought it'd probably be the best spot to get him back at.

He wasn't sure exactly what she was doing, but he wasn't about to fight it. Her hands went from his neck, slowly down his sides, and to his waist, gently tugging at his sweater. he found his own hands drifting down her back and just about to reach her hips when he got the shock of his life.
"HOLY ... !" he didn't finish the oath, having enough sense to remember Felicity wasn't a fan of his potty mouth, but he did do his best to scramble away from her before her freezing hands could do more damage. It had been a dirty trick, but he still had to laugh about it.

Even though his hands were slowly making their way to her hips, where she'd given him permission to touch, she knew there was no way around it. The blonde had to get her boyfriend back somehow, and she was pretty sure her cold hands would do just fine at getting him. After all, it was his fault her hands were as cold as they were. If he hadn't pinned her down, held her hands in the snow and decided to kiss her that way, her hands would've been up around his neck, playing with the ends of his hair. Yes, definitely his own fault.
And when he reacted to her and started moving, she scrambled away from him as well, waiting for him to do something without any warning. But she was pleasantly surprised he didn't.
Giggling, she covered her mouth with the pale, cold hands. At least he was laughing too.
"I didn't tickle you." A simple statement. She hadn't promised not to tickle him, but she sure had found a way to get him back that'd been a lot of fun, she even got a really good kiss out of it.
"So do I win?"

"Win?" he asked incredulously, still laughing, and he tossed a handful of snow in her direction to emphasize his point. "That was so unfair!" Getting him all cozy in a good snog just to pull a trick like that? Yeah, it was pretty funny, but tickle or no tickle, it was soooooo not nice.
"I'm so going to get you back for that one," he warned her with a wide grin, turning on his hands and knees towards the Gryffindor, ready to stalk, ready to pounce. He wasn't sure what he was going to do exactly, but it was going to be good.

"It was not unfair!" she answered, laughing about the snow he threw. It didn't even reach her, and his snow toss was pathetic. "It's your own fault for making my hands get cold. If you hadn't held my hands in the snow, they wouldn't have been so cold." Then again, she probably wouldn't have pulled his sweater up a little bit if her hands had been nice and warm, there would've been no reason for it.
When he threated to get her back, she fell back in the snow on her bum ready to scramble back away from him. With the position he was in he looked like a lion, and she was pretty sure Ravenclaw's animal was an Eagle, but he couldn't very well fly without a broom either. "Am I your prey?" she asked, unable to help herself. "Because you look like you're ready for a hunt..."

"You really didn't have to warm them up quite that way though," he answered back, making a face at her. The truth was, he really didn't mind her hands there, freezing or not. "Distracting me with kissing... sheesh..."
As she made her move to back away from him, he inched closer, just grinning at her question. Eagles hunted too, it was just that stalking was more fun than swooping in cases like this. "Not a hunt... just payback," he finally answered with a crooked smile.

"Yes I did," she answered with a big cheesy grin. "I wasn't about to take a break away from you and go over to the fire so I needed a bit of warm skin. I figured, and was right, that your sides would be nice and toasty warm." Of course, that wasn't the half of it, she just figured the shock of her cold fingertips would be enough to get him back pretty well. "And as for the kissing. Well...how else was I supposed to be able to get my hands on you without you going for me first?"
Keeping her light brown eyes steady on Drew as he moved, she wasn't entirely sure what kind of payback she was in for. Cold hands on warm sides? The blonde figured it'd be pretty pricey.
"I think I'd rather a hunt at this moment." A hunt was likely to be less painful, and it was likely to be a lot more interesting...

"Oh, yeah... that makes total sense," Drew answered with a roll of his eyes. He was pretty sure she knew that sticking her freezing fingers on his bare skin would make him jump. It was still a pretty dirty trick... but not one he wouldn't stoop to if given the chance.
"Afraid of payback?" he asked, raising an eyebrow and making another small move in her direction. A hunt was fine with him at this point, considering he wasn't sure how he was going to get his revenge. Besides, stalking like this was more fun anyway.

Grinning at Drew's assessment of what she'd told him, she couldn't do anymore than shrug. It was true, it was his fault her hands were cold, and it was his fault he was too irresistible, and well, it was her fault she wanted to kiss him pretty badly. But it was still his fault in the end, and...the fifth year was more than sure he would've gotten her if she hadn't gotten him first.
"No, not really," she smiled at him as she continued to slowly back away, not really sure where she was heading except away from him. "Just afraid of what you have planned, because I'm sure there's a difference between payback and what you have planned." Then again, with her hands buried deep in the snow as she continued moving away, her hands were going to end up really cold again, so whatever he tried she could go for just behind his ears, or to the skin where he smelled nicest, it was always warm right there.

Crouched as he was, his own hands were pretty deep in the snow and probably a bit on the cold side as well. If he got his chance at payback, he could pin her down again, or maybe find a good place to warm his own hands up, or possibly just go for the tickle. They all had their advantages. It was just a matter of which one would have the best chance of sucess.
"What I have planned?" he asked, raising his eyebrow again as if surprised to hear she thought he was planning anything. "Now what could I have planned that wouldn't be considered payback?"

"Oh, well a hunt would be something like pinning me back to the floor..." she trailed off a with a big grin. Of course, she really didn't think she'd mind if he did pin her to the floor again, she really hadn't mind the first time. And if he opted to kiss her again, well, she could hope he'd free her hands this time around and let her get a good hold on him so he couldn't pull away. "Payback would be something like..." turning her head every which way, the blonde made it look like she was either searching for an escape route or for a bit of her own preparation of retaliation. "Something like magicking the snow away."
That would not only be a horrid bit of payback, but she knew he wouldn't do it, not yet anyway.
Keeping the slow movement going backwards, she was stopped short when she reached the end. Another object in her way to stop her from being able to back away from the boy she really didn't ever want to get too far from. A wall was at her back, against it as far as it could go, and she knew she couldn't just keep pushing and get it to move. No, now it was time for him to get his plan in motion, well, further in motion.

"Get rid of the snow?" Drew asked, thinking that would be the most ridiculous form of payback he could think of. He just wanted to get even for her sticking her cold hands on his stomach, not make her upset. "Payback is supposed to be fun for me, so why would I go and do something like that? Pinning you to the floor again is a much better payback." Sure, luring him into a cozy kiss just to place her freezing fingers on him had been mean, but taking the snow away was way meaner. What was more, it was pretty childish. No, vanishing the snow hadn't even crossed his mind.
But getting her against the wall, that was a different story. He had actually planned to pounce before she got backed up that far, but she had distracted him as usual. Drew figured this was for the better. He grinned at her and continued making his advance until he was right at her feet. If she really wanted to get away, she could easily kick him in some pretty unpleasant places, but he was sure she wouldn't do that.

Drew wouldn't. That was the point of her saying it, he wouldn't make the snow disappear. On the other hand, it would be pretty good payback, and would make her learn her lesson for touching cold fingers to nice, warm skin. It'd be something she'd never do to him again, even if he deserved it just like he did moments ago. Though, Felicity was glad to note he had absolutely no ideas of making it disappear, which made her smile foolishly and not care what he did to her. Even if he held her hands in the snow again, it was absolutely fine.
"Well, you don't prefer the snow like I do," she answered with a small shrug. His favourite wasn't the snow like hers was. "But I think pinning me in the snow would be best..." If he did pin her, she was pretty sure a kiss could be finagled out of it.
Since her back was up against the wall, all she could do was stare and anticipate. Would he suddenly change his course and throw snow at her? Would he just go in for some kind of kill? And another part could help but to notice how nice he smelled, how blue his eyes were, and just how close he really was.
Reaching out, she grabbed his collar and slowly and gently began pulling him closer. The Gryffindor was definitely giving him enough time to retaliate as well as change his mind and just kiss her too. Or do something and then kiss her.
