"Da da da dee da da... da." The Three Broomsticks had its frowns and thrills when Beni came in. She saw a few seventh years, topping their years together with butterbeers, and some firsties who were finally glad to have permission to get out and onto Hogmeade, their grinning mouths sipping greedily at their pumpkin juice.
Naturally, Beni was first, considering that she had planned it. It was impromptu and quick, and she was beginning to doubt that not many sixth years would come. But she would be patient. Her portkey to London was already set up, and it wouldn't void out until the next morning.
So from there, she relaxed at one of the big round tables that they had, convienantly located next to the seventh years' tables. She looked partially dumb, humming to herself and sipping her butterbeer. But she wasn't going to care what they thought. They'll be out before they know it, she thought to herself, but regretted thinkng it. Now that she thought of it, the sixth years would be out before they knew it, too.

Charon walked into the pub and ordered a butterbeer. Upon recieving the drink, he looked around and spotted Beni. He wandered over to join the mastermind behind this little operation and sat down across from her.
"'Ello," he said before taking a sip of butterbeer. He stared at the bottle and thought back on the year. It had been fairly enjoyable, despite the fact that he'd only arrived halfway through the year. He'd be around for the whole thing come fall, though. With that notion in mind, his thoughts turned themselves to the coming months, and he dreaded returning home. He hated the idea of spending that much time with his parents.

Walking in right after Charon, Brittany stepped in the doorway of the Three Broomsticks. She wasn't exactly sure on when Sora wanted to leave or anything but had told him to meet her here and that they could leave or whatever. The girl would follow whatever plans that he had. Though she knew that this would be a must. Seeing her friends before they took the leap of being a big and bad seventh year. That would be quite interesting.
"Hey girlie, you were sitting here looking all gorgeous and I just wanted to know if I could buy your next round?" Brittany asked smoothly, putting on a chessy grin and winking at her. In order not to ignore the boy she smiled and added, "And don't you worry your pretty little head, I'll buy your's too, she's just better looking than you are." The girl was of course, just playing around and meant it in no bad way.

Almost on the edge of skipping Penelope entered the Three Broomsticks. God... it had been so long since the last time she had set a foot inside this place, maybe too long. But the practically seventh year student was pleased to see everything had stayed pretty much the same. Spotting Beni with a boy she had seen in class a time or two she proceeded in their direction.
"Hello there future seventh year students!" she greeted with a voice filled with cheer before plopping down in the chair next to Beni.

Beni returned the greeting to Charon before turning to Brittany with a southern accent. "Why, thank you, young lady. I say, I've always depended on the kindness of strangers. You're not bad lookin' yourself." Grinning at Penelope, she couldn't help but notice the old seventh years looking at them. What a revelation it was to be seventh year. It was like the fresh ending of a long thread.

Making her way down to Three Broomsticks, Kayden was a bit apprehensive. She had heard the invitation to all the sixth years to socialize at the establishment, and at first she had never considered even going. They were sixth years after all, and because she transferred late she really hadn't known anyone her age. She knew a few people within her house, but that was all. Maybe there was a chance for her to get to know some of her classmates and maybe her seventh year would be a bit better than the portion of her sixth she had spent at Hogwarts.
She walked inside, and saw the sixth years near her. Kayden made her way over and sat down near some of the girls, not knowing what to really say to any of them.

Brittany giggled softly at Beni's response and sat down as more people began to join in around the table. Spotting a girl that she hadn't really seen around before she smiled politely. The girl must have been fairly new since she hadn't seen her around and she must have just gotten the notice Beni sent out to all of them. Remembering that she was still looking at the girl she decided to introduce her self.
"Hey, I'm Brittany..." The Gryffindor girl chimed at Kayden.

People seemed to be talking up a storm...which had only added to Kayden's apprehension. She couldn't just get up and leave, certainly not just yet because she had only been there for a few minutes. Slashing through these thoughs like scissors, she heard someone speak up and introduce themselves. At first, Kayden wasn't phased by it. She could simply be talking to anyone. But then she remembered that when she actually had walked in...they all seemed to know one another. So why would she have introduced herself to someone she didn't know?
Turing her attention toward the girl, she was hesitant. She knew she had to hurry and muster up some courage to say something, as the girl was looking at her. "Um...me?"
Once again the brilliance that was all Kayden seemed to shine though.
"Um...hey..." she tried again, feeling utterly stupid. Kayden wasn't rude, of course, she was just a bit nervous for some odd reason. "I'm Kayden"

Finding the new girl's nerves natural she just continued to smile and waited patiently for her to continue. She, after all, had been in her place one time or another and could understand where the girl was coming from. Brittany thought back to the few times that she had been in Kayden's position and knew that it made things easier when others noticed them instead of her trying to jump in to something. That's why she had spoken to the girl.
"Nice to meet you. I'm guessing that you're new since I haven't really noticed you around..." Brittany asked/assumed. After all, they were sixth years so they would have had classes together and she would have seen her there. Although Brittany hadn't attended the last few classes, so maybe she had been in there.

"Um, I'm sorta new I guess...I had transferred to Hogwarts about mid-year or so, maybe a bit after. But I did go to Durmstrang before and all..." Kayden concluded, nodding at her.
"I didn't get out much, I guess you could say. I don't really know too many people."
Well, the total truth was that Kayden had been 100% stubborn and decided that she hadn't wanted to get to know anybody from Hogwarts, but since her arrival that perspective certainly had changed. Just the small amount of time from her arrival to that day had felt like a lifetime, and she didn't quite think she could last a whole other schoolyear without some type of friends, at least.
At that, she reached forward and picked up a butterbeer and sipped it. Though butterbeer wasn't her most favorite drink in the world, she certainly didn't mind it.

Reina walked into the broomsticks and glanced around. she saw a huge group of Sixth years and Seventh years. Reina cocked her head , but said nothing. She walked up to the table and took a seat.
"So ... what I miss?"
Reina wasn't even sure if she was entirely welcome though she did get the invite.

Brittany nodded her head at what Kayden said. She did find it a bit odd that the girl wouldn't want to go and meet other people since she would be spending the remainder of her schooling here. Though maybe it was just her because she could barely imagine not knowing the people that she did. What she found really interesting though is that the girl had been to Durmstrang. She had never been to any other magic school besides Hogwarts so she liked to hear about the other magical schools.
"Well, now you know me so...that's one down not too many more to go." Brittany commented and shrugged.
Looking up at the new arrival she was a bit surprised to see Reina sitting across from her. Forget a bit surprised, the Gryffindor girl was pretty much in shock. The first thing that crossed her mind was, what was the girl up to. Since she never seemed one for the reunion and get-together things. But she shook this from her mind, seeing a bit of a hesitant look on Reina's face.
"Not too much. Me hitting on Beni, the sneering of the now 'former' year sevens, and the realization that we have one more year of school before we are on our own. Sounds quite fun right?" Brittany answered casually.

Charon saw Reaina arrive and buried his fave in his butterbeer. He was just enjoying a nice drink with some classmates. Why did she have to show up? Without raising his head, he glanced around. Maybe another certain female 6th year would come as well. She would certainly be a welcome sight. He glared at Reina, his face still mostly hidden. He really did not like the girl, but he'd be fine as long as she stayed away from him and left him alone.

Reina glanced around. She knew Birttany was trying to be nice; she would. Brittany wasn't too bad. Reina just happened to see Charon glare at her from the side. Reina sighed. She didn't do this. Why was she trying to be social anyways? She wasn't trying to get any information from someone. She wasn't trying to be annoying. jUst what was she doing?
Reina stood up and smiled at Brittany. Reina didn't belong here and she knew it and they knew it. She did appreciate Brittany on trying to make her feel welcome, but she wasn't and she knew it.
"Thank you Brittany, but I forgot. I have ... shopping to do. I just came in here for a quick drink which I must go order."
Reina was using the same lie as she did with Brittany and Ari a few months ago. Reina looked over to the bartender and nodded. She would be there shortly and place her order and stay at the bar instead of being with the other sixth years.

Brittany nodded at Reina, letting her go. She knew, of course, that the girl didn't have to go anywhere. But she didn't understand why the girl had run off. Looking back around at the few people sitting at the table and quickly found the reason. Gazing over at the boy, she was pretty sure that he was the reason she got up and left. Just shaking her head, she looked over and smiled at Kayden and the others.
"I'll just be a moment..." Brittany muttered as she rose from the table and walked after Reina.
Working her way around the chairs and tables in the place, she made her way over to the bar. Pulling up a stool, she looked up to Reina and asked with a smirk across her face, "So what are we shopping for today Reina? Some cute summer dresses for break?"
