Krissy didn't realise her words might have offended Alexander, she was trying to work out what she felt and what to say to him. Nothing came to mind. Flashes of what had been going on in her life flew through her mind, yet no decision came. Should she had released his hands? Should she have yelled at him for preventing her from throwing the potato at the deva members. Krissy half wished the deva members would just come in there and stun them both at that very moment, just to prevent her from being in this situation. Sure she knew it would come again, but at least she would have had time to think about it all.
She felt happy he was holding her tightly and close to him. He made her calm down and he seemed to be able to make her see sense at times. Yet she had to wonder if she should pull away and not let him hold her? Was she just leading him on again? Or was it just them as friends. Krissy didn't know. Then Alex spoke again, his voice seeming to joke and jest, yet Krissy didn't really understand. She also wasn't too sure what to think about it. He was seeming like it was just something that happened under the stress of the events within the school. Was it? Krissy didn't think so, but as she didn't know why she couldn't really deny it. He seemed to be happy he kissed her and yet... he was joking about it. It didn't help Krissy's confusion much.
"Uh... Yeah..." Krissy said softly and slowly, trying to work out what he was saying about Shaw. She lifted her head up off of his shoulder slightly and glanced around the room. She was jumpy and though she knew the door was firmly shut she couldn't help but check the room. "I uhhrrmm" Krissy said, trying to stifle a yawn as she spoke, but failing miserably. "I .." she wanted to say wouldn't want to kiss anyone else, but there was one soul in the school who depending on the situation she might. She also couldn't say she wouldn't kiss anyone else... because she had kissed a rather large amount of people recently. Krissy reasoned with her own thoughts "I;m glad your here..." she said softly, her head returning to rest on Alexanders shoulder. Her eyes drifted shut slightly, she was tired and she hadn't slept for about 2 days now. Because she hadn't slept the night before the feast either. Not for long anyway. The seventh year Hufflepuff was beginning to get rather tired but it was doubtful she would sleep.
