The feel of his hand going through her hair, touching her face, caressing her neck, made the blonde's breath catch as she tried to focus on what she was doing, or rather trying to do. Without knowing for sure, the lioness felt a little lost trying to keep updated and following perfectly his movements, allowing him to guide her without problems. Her giggle kept going, unable to stop from the little tingles he was sending through her entire body, starting with her lip.
However, him pulling back wasn't something she'd been expecting. Instead, she had hoped he'd keep kissing her, wanting him to continue, but his small laughter made up for the ending. With the offered comment, Felicity's pale cheeks flushed crimson, unsure of what to say. She had liked him too, but she didn't think she could bring herself to say it quite the way he just had.
Instead, she pressed her lips togeter, allowing herself to savour his own taste a moment longer before kissing the end of his nose. "I think I liked that." Well, she knew she had, but she didn't really know how exactly she felt about flly kissing that way.

At first he wondered if he had done something wrong. He had never seen that particular expression on her face before and he waited hesitantly for her to say something. He wasn't sure what he had done to cause her to press her lips together so, but then again, he never really was sure when he messed up.
But then she spoke and his face broke out in a huge grin as she kissed the tip of his nose. there was something about that small gesture that made it special and absolutely adorable.
"I liked it too," he answered, relieved he had figured out what she had meant and had apparently done something right. "I'm sorry I put you on the spot earlier.

"Don't apologize," she told him with a small smile. Felicity had been uncomfortable about him wanting her to explain, but she wasn't mad. Just how was she supposed to actually explain something like that? And what if when she tried explaining it to him, he told her it wasn't real and her cousins were pulling her leg? Then she would've been even more uncomfortable with the situation at hand. "I just didn't know..."
How to explain it, how to tell him, she definitely couldn't show him, and she didn't not want to kiss on him like that. And the fact that he told her he liked it, did that mean she hadn't messed up too much then? Felicity thought so.
Leaning in, Felicity rubbed her nose against his before lightly kissing her lips and pulling herself up off of him. If they were going to go into town at all, they should be on their way, considering their time in Hogsmeade wasn't a whole lot because they had to get back to school...eventually.

He smiled back, but he still felt bad, wondering if this was one of those times he needed to push his way or if he should let her have hers. He felt bad for pushing her about telling him what she meant, but at the same he couldn't do thing this way. It bothered him that she didn't trust him enough to just say it.
His worry was forgotten with the kiss and as she got up, he braced himself against the cold that took her place. "So does that mean this part of my birthday is done?" he asked, leaning back into the snow and grinning up at her. He would have been fine staying there until it was time to return to school.

Felicity could see the contemplation on his face, that he was thinking something, but she wasn't sure if he'd want to bring it up or not. He knew he could bring anything up to her and she'd respond one way or another. But when he didn't say anything, she let it go, figuring if it was important he'd bring it up to her later.
"No..." she told him with a big smile as she stood up. "It doesn't have to be over..." Smiling down at him, Felicity took up a seat on his stomach, letting her weight fall mostly to her knees as she made herself comfortable. "And there's always more time to do this throughout the day, and tomorrow, when it really is your birthday." She kind of wished the trip had been on his actual birthday, but in a way she thought this was better because then he had his birthday to spend with his sister and cousin if he wanted to.

He grinned back at her answer and the fact that she was once again sitting on him. He pulled his knees up to allow her a back rest, really not minding if she put her weight on him. It wasn't like she was all that heavy and he enjoyed every bit of having her close to him.
"Tomorrow too?" he asked wondering how long he could draw his birthday out with her. He was sure Allegra would want to do something, but it would be quick and probably no more than having dinner together. He doubted anyone else would really remember his birthday with more than a greeting. In the wizarding world, 18 wasn't that big of a deal after all.

Leaning back when she felt his movements, Felicity reached out to grab at one of his hands, wanting to have that close contact with him. Her legs laid straight against the ground, but she tried to keep some of her weight off of Drew as well. He didn't need to hold onto all of her weight all the time, and she knew she wasn't extremely light, just not really heavy either.
"Yes, tomorrow too, it's your birthday tomorrow, right?" Sticking her tongue out at him, she smile. The next day was his birthday and that would be when she completely celebrated his birthday if he would let her spend some time with him. "And so the celebration will continue then."
Completely satisfied with her own plans, hoping they'd go better tomorrow than the beginning had gone today. And he was wearing her watch, so maybe.

He gave her both hands, locking his fingers into hers. It didn't last too long though, as she stretched her legs out and he couldn't help but run a hand along one of them. Slowly he stroked her shin, caressed her knee, and moved back down to her feet, smiling up at her the whole time. He was starting to feel he had totally made out for his birthday, no pun intended really. He was spending the day with Felicity, gotten a really nice pair of watches, and had gotten to cross one of those elusive kissing lines. And it sounded like she wanted to spend the next day with him as well. Even if they never made it to Hogsmeade, and despite the glitch at the beginning of the outing, this was definitely his best birthday ever.
"Will you make me your famous chicken?" he asked hopefully, already deciding he'd tell Allegra he'd meet her for lunch.

Taking comfort in the feel of his hands, she was a little disappointed when he took one away from her grip. However, when he slid his hand over her leg, she could feel her butterflies going mad inside her. She thought the kiss had been something new, but now, with his hand touching her leg, her knee, they really set funny new stunts up. Smiling back at him somewhat awkwardly, as she was tying to hold in some laughter from where he slightly tickled her while moving his hand, she couldn't take her brown eyes off his smile. It wasn't her favourite one, his crooked one being her favourite, but it was awfully nice all the same.
Opening her mouth to answer, nothing really came out. She was a little speechless he was calling her cooking famous in any sense, and she loved the feel of his hand on her leg. "If you want me too," she finally managed to squeeze out, wondering when he'd want it for. She could do lunch if she got up early enough, or even dinner if that was what he wanted. Either way, she'd make a big deal out of it. Chicken, special potatoes, bean salad, and cake. "You know I will."

Her smile seemed just a little off and Drew's hand paused briefly while he tried to figure it out. His hesitation didn't last more than a moment though, since he knew the agreement was she would tell him if she didn't like something he did. Slowly and softly, he traced patterns on her leg, much as she did across his chest or on his hands sometimes.
He grinned as she agreed and did a tiny happy dance with her still sitting on top of him. He was getting some more time with her, a yummy dinner, and the promise of more kissing. Definitely the best birthday ever in his book.
"I think I'll turn 18 next year too," he told her with a wide and cheesy grin.

Bring his hand up to her lips, Felicity pressed against his skin, taking in some of the warmth his hand offered. She was still trying not to giggle as he moved his hand and fingers over her leg. It only made her want to laugh more though when he lightened his touch, making more sensations through her skin. But when he squirmed under her, upsetting her balance somewhat, Felicity only started giggling, unable to stop. All that built up laughter from the last few minutes was finally being put to use.
"You can't though," she told him, letting some of the laughter taper. "If you turn eighteen again, you won't be a year older than me anymore, and then it won't be as special, you're birthday because you'll be turning the same age again." Though, if he wasn't that much older than her anymore, maybe her dad wouldn't be so hard about the age difference. Then again, Felicity liked his age, right where he was. He wouldn't be the same if he was younger, she knew that. "And this way I have to come up with something just as special to celebrate for."
Though, they might not be able to get together for his birthday the next year, it would depend on when their Hogsmeade trip was.

He loved it when she laughed and it only made him grin wider. With her seated as she was, he could feel her giggles on his stomach and the sensation made his toes tingle.
He wouldn't be a year older, but he only saw that as a good thing. "You think your dad would like me more?" he smirked, knowing her father had a huge problem with Drew being of legal age. Of course, his birthday was only one of the many problems the man had with the Ravenclaw.
"Plus, repeating a year means I stay around here a bit longer, right?" he asked innocently, eyes wide and hopeful that she'd agree. Of course, she had just promised something special for next year as well, so that would be nice too.

"I don't know," she told him, poking him in the stomach. "You'd still be a boy and I think that's dad least favourite thing about you." While she knew it was true and that Drew didn't like her dad not liking him, but she kind of liked teasing him a little about it. Her mum liked him just fine, as did mostly everyone in her family. Jacob and her dad were the only ones who didn't seem to like Drew very much and were outright about it, but it didn't bother Felicity too much. Knowing that something would happen to turn that all around, Felicity was confident Drew was the absolute best and perfect in everything.
"I'd like that..." she told him, allowing her words to trail off. Having Drew around an extra year would be a dream come true, but because she really didn't want him to leave for such a long time. They'd talked a couple of times about when he wasn't going to be around at Hogwarts any longer, but it didn't make her any less sad about him leaving and graduating either, even if he was only going to be in London. And if things went well, she'd be in Kenya after school, so far away.

"Well, sorry, but that's something he might have to get used to," Drew answered back, making a face up at her. It was still a sore subject with him that her dad hated his guts, but he didn't mind so much when she teased him about it. He knew she wasn't being mean so it wasn't like it upset him.
She sounded a little meloncholy at the idea of him staying and he figured it was because they both knew he couldn't. He slowly traced another line up and down her leg, watching his fingers as they made their path. "I'd like that too," he told her softly. "Maybe they'll let me station in Hogsmeade. And if not, I can still come up here on weekends, right?" They had gone over this a number of times before but he still felt the need to review it every so often.

"Might have to?" Felicity asked, raising an eyebrow. In her opinion her dad would have to. The blonde wasn't about to drop Drew from her heart just because he was a boy. She'd never really taken a keen interest in girls, though her family constantly told her it was all right if that's how she went, just because she never had a crush until she was fifteen didn't mean anything. There was just never anyone that took up too much of her attention, not until Hogwarts. "I think he'll just have to learn to deal with it, because I like you too much the way you are. You're absolutely perfect."
And though she knew Drew didn't always think so, Felicity really thought he was. The perfect boy, boyfriend, friend, brother, son, dare she say lover? Why didn't her dad see just how wonderful he really was?
Closing her eyes at the sensation of the trail he made along her leg, the blonde sighed and leaned back further against his legs, wishing she wouldn't ever have to move from the spot she was at. Felicity hoped he'd be able to stay in Hogsmeade so he'd be close to her, but she didn't want to get her hopes up either. "Even if you can come up on weekends, that doesn't do anything for me. I'm still confined to school grounds except on special occasions and breaks."
During the school year, she was stuck at Hogwarts. And she doubted Drew would be able to get her away for a weekend ether.
