Jeremy stood by Drew, just watching and listening as his cousin spoke to another older boy. This new one was a prefect too, so Jeremy was pretty sure he was going to be safe from any rock-throwing, name-calling, toilet plunging people who might want to mess with him.
Still, seeing the older boy, Jeremy was concerned and slipped behind his cousin, only coming out when Drew pulled him forward. Jeremy gave a tight lipped smile that didn't reach his eyes. As the older ones discussed where to sit, Jeremy stayed quiet. He hadn't seen Hannah show up and Brenton was with someother guy, so he didn't have anyone else to sit with.

"Yeah," he answered about getting a compartment. Although, he wasn't sure if he was talking to his cousin or the both of them. He started to scan the crowd as well to see who was all here. He saw many of his Gryffindor buddies. "This train is getting quite uncomfortable," he said as he then remebered he had an empty compartment with his stuff in it. "Hey, Drew. I have an empty compartment with my stuff in it. I was only there about three or five minutes ago. We should see if it still unoccupied with people. Ready when you are," he said waiting. Looking down at his cousin and seeing nothing that indicated Jeremy was against the idea, Drew figured that idea was as good as any. He still wasn't sure how he felt about leaving Jeremy on his own during the meeting, but if they couldn't find one of the friends he claimed to have, Drew would instruct the kid to lock the compartment door and only open it if he was sure about who was on the other end. Seeing that sign had really put Drew on edge and while he was confident that most of his friends and aquaintences felt about blood status as he did, he wasn't as sure as he had been just an hour ago. "Sounds good," Drew told the Gryffindor. "Lead on."

Loud and blaring, the Hogwarts Express’ scarlet steam engine roared, exhaust plummeting of its top as the minute hand precisely struck twelve. Eleven o’clock. With a giant shudder, the train came to life and wizards sharply dressed in scarlet suits hoped out of each of the doors, shouting simultaneously, “ALL ABOARD.” The last of the stragglers were assisted onto the train before the doors slammed securely shut.
Hands of various sizes reached through windows to wave at family members still on the platform, the scarlet suited men a fractured wall between students and loved ones, still as stone before their respective doors. A couple of them were fingering wands hidden in jacket pockets, as if expecting a last minute attempt on the students’ lives. The aurors, still carefully watching spottily throughout the crowd did the same.
Then, with a mighty heave, the Express struggled foreword, huffing with each motion as it slowly gained momentum. Faster and faster it became; windows humming as the entire monstrosity took on a two cadenced rhythm of mechanical gears. With increasing speed, the platform became smaller and smaller, and so did the families on it. The sight of the scarlet wizards finally disappearating might have been just visible to a vigilant observer peering backwards out of a shuttering window before the train rounded a bend.
The journey to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry had begun.
(( Train has now pulled out of the station. If you did not get a chance to post an entrance, you can assume you are already on board. ))

Shari knew she knew hardly anyone on the express, and it had the same effect as a stone sinking slowly to the bottom of a shallow stream. She was considering transferring out of this place, especially when Marius and Helene had sat her down and expressed their acute interest in having her around more often. Truthfully, Shari felt like the Grim Reaper as it seemed Death followed her wherever she went. Kumaran was the latest victim - only this was Muggle caused. Some stray bullet had found its way into his chest cavity at just the right angle. At least it was a quick death, instant shock to the brain, and that was the last she'd heard from her own flesh and blood. They'd be safe in their mountain cave in Tibet, she hoped. Nothing was certain at the Indian Ministry so her father had quit his job, hoping he would be untraceable. Muggles really managed to screw up everything! So who cares if you are Indian and call yourself Muslim? Does it really matter that your enemy is also Indian but Hindu? It was all a load of bullocks. Muggles knew best how to screw things up. It was like they never knew how to deal with simply living peacefully. There had to be something happening every moment of their existence or else they were inept to feel alive. Bo-zo's. Shari found a secluded and partially empty compartment and quickly slid inside, closing the door. She wanted to be alone since that was how everyone left her anyway. Whatever. If things worked out, she might go live with Marius and Helene in America, go to school at the Academy there. Who would, honestly, notice? Fyona had went from compartment to compartment looking for a spot. She had accidentally opened the door on a couple doing a little snogging. They were probably over excited from the thrill of seeing each other again or something. After recovering from that she continued to walk along the train until it started to much. The initial lurch always caught her off guard, but then once it really got going things were okay. Finally she flung open the doors to the apartment and saw it partially filled, but no one she knew. She then closed the door, but wait. There was someone she knew in there. She flung open the door again and Shari was sitting there deep in thought about... About what? Fyona remembered the last time she spoke to her friend about things. That had been a horrible time, but summer vacation had revived her. Oh yes it had. It had changed her too. Not summer, or the vacation, but the experience. "Hey there girl," Fyona said ignoring everyone else and sitting down beside her friend. "Mind if I sit here? So what's going on?" She asked, clearly seeing trouble on her brow and something heavy in her eyes.

Cameron petted Sharpay softly. Her cat was purring extremely loud. The compartment door slid open as Cameron looked up to find two sisters there. "Mind if we ride with you, do you?" Cameron heard one of them say. She shook her head. "No not at all." Cameron replied with a smile. "Come sit." Cameron looked at the girls with curiousity. She smiled at both of them. Cameron sighed with relief that she wouldn't have to ride this long ride alone.
Cameron opened the window to let Celeste out. "There you go my dear." Cam muttered softly as Celeste flew out the window. She closed the window and placed the cage on the floor next to the kitty carrier. Sharpay jumped off Cameron's lap to go sniff the girls. Cameron giggled some. "Don't worry. Sharpay won't hurt you. She's very friendly."

The girl looked at them, not that she could see the two of their faces thanks to the bewitched hood that prevented it, and didn’t even look alarmed. Selene was impressed. Either the girl was used to seeing rather a rather large body, covered in what looked like a black tarp, with two distinct voices, or she was too involved with her cat to even notice them walk in with a sway, or anything. Again, the girl was impressed with only the slight glance. “Good, then.” Selene said, just as rudely as she had before. She didn’t care if it wasn’t how one asked, it was how she asked.
“Oh, forget it Chandra…just help me take the darned thing off,” Selene struggled with the robe getting it off of the both of them and finally throwing it on the chair beside them. Across from the red head sat the Siamese twins. Selene crossed her two arms and smirked, this time almost expecting the girl to scream or at least ask when the heck had happened to the two of them.
She crossed her leg over Chandra’s and watched as the girl’s cat came over to their lap and sniff them all up and down. Selene laughed a bit and scratched the cat’s head. “Sharpay? That’s a cool name.” Selene said rather nonchalant like.

Chandra tugged and pulled at the robe. “But dad said…ugh…” it was obvious Selene wasn’t in the mood to care about their father’s orders and before Chandra knew, their robe that was supposed to conceal their looks, and the fact that they were conjoined twins, was then laying on their seat. Chandra shied away, not wanting to see the girl’s expression and leaned on her sister.
Of course, Selene seemed to be eating this up, finally out of the robe and all. She was sitting back, crossing her arms, and just waiting for the girl to say something. As if Selene was ready for an attack already. Chandra just closed her eyes and waited for whatever was going to happen to happen.
When the cat came to sniff them, Chandra could feel her whiskers tickling at her bare ankles. Their uniform was already on, and the girls’ ankles were exposed . Chandra giggled and laughed, looking and about to reach over to pick up the cat when she stopped suddenly….”Can I pick her up?” Chandra asked softly.

Cameron merely rolled her eyes at the girl that was being rude. Of course, Cam didn't think it was too nice that she was being rude, but She was going to be as nice as she possibly could. Cameron tucked her red hair behind her ears and sighed softly. "Thanks... I usually give my animals weird names... My owl's name is Celeste. Not too out of the ordinary." Cameron giggled some. She looked at the other girl and nodded. "Yeah sure. Go ahead she won't bite." Cameron smiled some.
Maybe this wasn't going to be a bad trip after all. Cameron thought to herself. Looking at both the girls, she smiled sweetly. "Well, Im Cameron Chambers, seventh year Gryffindor." Cameron completely forgot to introduce herself to the two younger girls.

Shari looked up as the bright-eyed and energetic Fyona took the seat beside her. She couldn't help but feel a warmth in the presence of such positive energy. She supposed things must have looked up for her friend since they'd last talked. But it was still a bit of a bumpy road for her. Well, not entirely - Shari decided - things were beginning to look up. Fyona possessed an enthusiasm that created an affect, adverse to dementors, on people, so it was no surprise that when she sat, Shari began to forget the troubles she'd been experiencing prior to her friends' arrival. "I'm - well... I'm feeling a little nostalgic at the moment," Shari said in response to Fyona's question. "I can remember the first time I sat on this train." Her thoughts trailed off. A lot happens in one year. "How was your summer holidays? Did you get a chance to do anything fun?" She asked with a relieving smile on her face. It felt good to break that icy cold complexion of passivity with a pseudo-exuberant smile.

Angel was feeling kind of board, the train had left the station and they were on their way back to school but she had yet to have anyone talk to her at all. That was probably her fault since she hadn't made herself available last term but now well now she was itching to find a friend or at least someone worth chatting with. Her book good as it was couldn't stop the feelng of need inside of her. Perhaps sitting there with her nose buried in a book was part of the problem. So she put it down on her lap and instead started to look out the window. The scenery flying past like blurs. They would be there soon back to her second home that would be nice she had missed the place.
Leaning her head back she sighed her summer wasn't the best and now it seemed her trip back to school was to be just as boring and uneventful.

Seeing the first look her friend gave her, Felicity shook it off as Celina started talking about Alfonz and smiled again. She figured whatever was bothering her she didn't want to talk about, at least not out in the halls of the train where anyone could hear them, but maybe at the castle later or something. That was kind of odd, even to Felicity, that Alfonz would rather Celina take the train when he could have just taken her by floo powder or apparation. But all that came from Felicity was a quiet, "oh." "It is," Felicity answered her friend. Though, she kind of wished it didn't have to be for making Prefect, why couldn't Dustan be for getting good O.W.L. scores? That way she wouldn't have to feel guilty about having him and using him when writing letters to her mum and dad. She was going to feel horrible about using him, but she couldn't use the school owls all the time or her mum would be suspicious. "I'm not really sure yet," Felicity answered. She'd received the letter but she couldn't find it that morning, nor remember exactly where the meeting was being held. Just one of the compartments, apparently reserved for the House student leaders. "Somewhere on the train. I was hoping to run into Drew so he could tell me where we're supposed to meet." "Wait!" Celina yelled out a bit to her, a bit too much. Emerald struggled out of Celina's grip for it had become increasingly tighter without Celina realizing. "What's the meeting for?" Celina asked, as if playing dumb and hoping that what Felicity said wouldn't be what she thought it was going to be. After all, just like Connor (not that she wasn't happy for Connor, but please...) Felicity had just been there for one year. ONE YEAR! Celina yelled at herself in her mind, dissing herself completely because obviously she had really screwed up last year to not receive.... Not that that was what Felicity was talking about. It couldn't be. Emerald started to rub against Celina, feeling her anxiety increase just a bit. Celina pet her head hesitated at the same time. But if she was hoping to run into Drew...and he was Prefect....so the meeting would have to be.... Celina snapped back into reality. "I'm sorry, what did you say?" she asked.

Alright so the train began to move and Anna had yet to find a compartment. But thankfully she managed to find one with no one in it. Well, someone did leave their trunk and things there but there was not physical body inside so it was probobly alright to come in. All that was left to do was to put everything on the rack. It proved a bit difficult but after stumbling a few times, everything was settled.
Letting out Coquito from his cage, the cat crawled on top of Anna as she sat down and put up her feet. The girl had been up since six in the morning packing and finishing up some last minute things Mr. and Mrs. Becket wanted done before taking off for Kings Cross. So naturally she was exhausted and feel asleep almost at once, Coquito curling up comfortably across her lap.

" Yeah, sure. " Connor said with another polite nod to the younger kid as he ran off. The sixth year crossed his arms over his chest as he stepped aboard the train. He let his arms fall to his sides once again as he made his way down the aisle. He took a small look down to his outfit, old jeans with several rips in the knees, a nice green shirt to show his house pride, and converse shoes. He thought that he looked perhaps a little too casual seeing as how he would be attending the prefect's meeting, but if need be then he could change into his dressier clothes and robes beforehand. Either way, he felt comfortable and in his element as he walked down, glancing into compartments every so often to see who was in them.
He shifted the back pack that was hanging from his shoulders as he walked along, trying not to hit anyone with the knapsack full of clothes and a couple of books. Peeking into one compartment, Connor spotted Celina and smiled, moving forward into the compartment as he did so. " Hey, Celina. Felicity. " He said, giving each of the girls a nod in turn as he said their names.

She said a goodbye to the older girl who had helped her get her trunk on the train and started to drag her trunk down the hall. The trail started with a jolt that nearly knocked the unawares first year off her feet. Regaining her balance she returned to dragging her heavy trunk down the train. She came to a compartment that was mostly empty, and slipped inside. A girl (Anna) was sleeping on one seat so she pushed her trunk over against the seat on the other side – there was no way she was getting it into the rack – and climbed up onto the seat. Borommakot hooted nervously at the sight of her cat, she tried to hush him but he would not be quiet until she had drawn a robe out from her trunk and covered his cage. This done she turned to check and see if she was still asleep then looked out the window and watched as the trail pulled further and further away from the station.

Chris was a little overwhelmed with the immensity of the student body. He wanted to find a compartment on the train where he could just sit in silence and forget that he was actually leaving home and the family he had tried to distance himself from so many years. He realised he would have to try something new, for a change, as being mad at his family wouldn't work anymore. So he half stumbled into the empty compartment ((hint: where Angelique is sitting)) and onto a seat by the window. Laughing at himself for being foolish, Chris looked out the window at the scenery as it passed by.
This was the second trip to Hogwarts for him, but the first had been for orientation. No matter, this was the first official trip, if that was of any importance, of many more like it. So Chris turned from the window and tried to spread his legs out in the empty compartment - only it wasn't empty and he didn't have any room to spread his legs as an older girl ((in case you missed it: ANGELIQUE)), absorbed in some book it would seem, sat directly across from him. His feet brazenly brushed against hers and he withdrew them quickly in a state of surprise.
"O Hallo! Didn't see you there, miss." He squawked. "Sorry mate. I suppose you're making another trip up to the school, eh?"
