This was turning out to be a bad day for Seanna. After leaving Nic by the lake and then meeting the newest of Hufflepuff's in the most interesting of way's, the Hufflepuff girl had decided to make her way back to the common room and stay there for the rest of the week and only come out for classes and the dance.
It was all Percy's fault, Seanna had decided. If she had never took him up to the Owlrey, she wouldn't be covered in feather's and found out that yes, the duck definitely knew what she was thinking and vice versa. No, Seanna decided. This was all her parent's fault, if her parent's had never sent her the duck, she would never have this problem. The Hufflepuff girl wouldn't have to worry so much over her duck and what it could do if her parent's had never sent it to her.
Stepping onto the fourth floor corridor, it was there where Seanna's day went from bad, to worse. Percy the duck had been waddling behind her, interrupting her owner's thought's here and there just to annoy her, but when Seanna took a look back, the duck was nowhere to be seen. What was even more, she knew the duck was playing with her, Percy had sent a thought and laughed at her. "Let's play a game" Percy had said to his owner and Seanna groaned. Hide and seek wasn't what she wanted to do for the rest of the day, she wanted to go back to the common room and curl up on her favorite chair in front of the fire.
Ignore. The hufflepuff girl was going to ignore her duck. Continuing on down to the Hufflepuff common room, she stopped and sighed. There was no way she could leave her duck, he could get into anything and make her life even more miserable. "Okay. If you want Hide and seek, you've got hide and seek" Seanna called out down the corridor, to wherever her duck maybe. The faster this game started and ended, the faster she could get back to the common room and hide in there for the rest of the week.
"Once I find you, you are so going to be locked up with Podge... " Empty threat, the duck who was hiding didn't say nothing, but the prospect of being locked up with Podge sounded like fun to Percy.

Making his way down to the grounds for a walk he heard someone talking about hide and seek and locking something up with a...what was a podge? Hmmm...he would have to figure that out later. Not to mention what the heck hide and seek was, though if it was like the name suggested he got he general idea.
Turning the corner to see what all the commotion was about he noticed that a Huffle appeared to be talking to herself, well at least there was noone else in eye shot of her and she was calling out to empty space. Thinking this a bit odd he said, "Who are you playing hide and seek with?...And what exactly is hide and seek?"

Ty had managed to run into Jack on his walk around the castle, and decided to accompany him out onto the grounds. He was bored so at this point anything sounded good to him, well except homework, but that wouldn't happen because he was already done and finished with that long ago. Man what was with all of the professors and their stacking of homework left and right? It really wasn't fair to ruin his afternoons was it? In his opinion no, but for some reason he still couldn't bring himself to flat out ignore it and always managed to finish it the day it came in.
Smirking slightly as he heard Seanna's voice and saw that no one else was around he wondered who on earth she was talking to. God he hoped it wasn't one of those imaginary friends that people got when they started losing it. He liked Seanna and wouldn't want to see her like that. Smiling he walked over to her with Jack and just rolled his eyes slightly when he asked exactly what hide and seek was. Was the name not enough for the Raven to figure it out on his own? Ty wouldn't voice this though, all he would comment on was the apparent imaginary friend or whomever she was talking to. "That's a good question, well the part about who you are playing with. You haven't created an imaginary friend have you?" he ask with a small laugh, not entirely serious.

Questions were coming at her and all Seanna wanted to do was find this darn duck, get back down to Huffle, lock him in that make shift cage with Podge and collapse into her favorite chair in front of the fire. But no, she was stuck with playing hide and seek with a temperamental duck and answering a few questions that she had all ready answered many times before... 'cept for the hide and seek, the hide and seek one she hadn't answered today.
"Hide and seek is well, hide and seek is a game where somebody hides and the other person has to find them" Seanna bit her lip, listening for a faint sound of any thought's coming from Percy, but she never heard any. "And to answer both of your questions, my duck has decided it's going to annoy me and hide, which means I haven't exactly lost it yet" A raised eye brow directed in Ty's direction. The Hufflepuff girl had had a long day and she wasn't sure if she could handle trying to find a duck and answering so many questions.
"You lost it a long time ago" Seanna's head shot around as fast as lighting, looking to where she thought the voice was coming from-- a spare classroom at the end of the corridor. "Just you wait, you'll be stuck with Podge for two whole weeks after I find you" Seanna warned, walking past Jack and Ty and towards the end of the corridor, all the while thinking that using Podge as a threat was still only an empty threat, but it was the only threat she could use against the duck, the duck hated being cooped up.

Ty just smiled when Seanna said she hadn't lost it yet. Of course she hadn't but that duck of hers certainly had in his opinion a long time ago. Last time he had ran into it for some reason it had taken to flying and walking around him in a circle. "Yeah that duck of yours is a little bit off sometimes though," he said with a smile. Then hearing her outburst again he almost laughed. Either she was having a conversation with herself or the duck could talk to her without them actually hearing it. He would run with the second one since he hadn't ever seen her talk to herself in the past, and she did seem to be yelling at the duck. As she brushed past him he turned in her direction and asked, "Do you want us to help you find him or something. He's probably just circling some innocent bystander." Ty said with a smile and a small smirk towards the end.

Jack was totally confused by the end of Ty and Seanna's statements. He got prefectly what the game hide and seek was all about but was lost when they started talking about some duck. He was with them at the point that Seanna had lost her duck or the duck had waddled off or something, but when she started yelling into thin air again he was lost. It wasn't like the duck could talk to her? Was it? Now that he thought about it he came to the same conclusion that Ty seemed to come to. That Seanna and the duck could talk to each other with out saying anything, well at least the duck could. He wasn't to sure that Seanna could, since she was talking out loud to it.
Flying around some innocent bystander? Well that was a weird statement. He was getting the feeling that Ty had had a run in with this particular duck and smiled at the thought. "Yeah we'll help if you need us to," he said. He was always willing to help out if someone needed it and this was no different. He was positive that they could locate the duck. How far could it have possibly gotten off to?

Ty's voice carried down the corridor and Seanna turned around, frowning at the boy. It was one thing for her to have a go at her duck, but another thing for someone else to have a go at her duck. "My duck isn't off, it's just temperamental, he's just... " Seanna trailed off, feeling confused. Why on earth was she sticking up for her duck when he obviously liked annoying her and making her life harder than it was all ready?
"Shh!, you have to be very quiet if you want to help me find Percy though, I need to hear his thoughts" Okay, even that was starting to freak Seanna out. Who had ever heard of a student actually reading an animal's thought and vice versa? Not her, not until her parent's had sent her that insolent duck.
Standing outside the empty classroom, Seanna strained to listen hard for any faint sound of her duck's whispering's. "You'll never find me" Percy was mocking her, Seanna was sure of it. That, or he was out to ruin her normal life. "I will so find you!" Seanna yelled out to the empty corridor, stomping a foot on the ground in frustration, a few feathers falling off her as she did so. "He was in the classroom... I think... but now, I'm not sure, I think he changed direction" Seanna informed Ty and Jack, feeling deflated. How long was Percy going to keep this up for?

“Whatever you say,” Ty said with a laugh when Seanna said her duck was just temperamental. Of course he knew that was a lie. That duck was raving mad, why else would it be driven to just fly around in circles the last time they had met. There was no other explanation the duck was raving. “Yeah and when she does we will be having a nice duck dinner come Christmas eve,” Ty said with a smirk. Then turning his attention away from the duck and back to Seanna he said with a comforting smile, he could tell she was obviously over stress, “We’ll find him, don’t worry he will come around eventually.

"Duck dinner, hmm... " Seanna trailed off, a twinkle in her eye and she stepped into the middle of the corridor. "You listen here, Percy Marcellus" Yes, Seanna had given the duck the Marcellus name, why wouldn't of she? It had come to her via her parent's and the threat she was going to send out, it was going to sound better if she said the duck's full name. When her parent's had said her full name, Seanna had always came running.
"If you don't come out this instant, not only am I going to have you locked up in the common room with Podge for two whole weeks, I am also going to make you duck soup and don't think I won't do it either!" Seanna yelled out into the empty corridor, not really caring anymore if the two boys thought she was crazy.
"Ha! As if I would believe anything you say! You'll never find me!" Percy the duck screamed inside her head and Seanna stomped her foot on the ground again. "You little snot... " The prefect never really swore, but on this occasion, she let out a few words, the duck was trying her patience and she was nearing having enough.
"Right" Seanna turned around and looked at Ty and Jack. "I give you two permission to do anything to the duck once you find him, okay?" At this point, she didn't care that the duck was an animal, he was acting like a little toddler, anyways.

Jack was still a little confused by the whole having a duck thing. He thought that there was only certain types of animals allowed in Hogwarts and to his knowledge a duck wasn't one of them. Getting over that little snag he was horrified to hear Ty and Seanna talking about eating the poor thing. You just didn't go around eating your pets, even if they were a common food or not.
Not voicing any of this he kind of just stared at the pair in amazement. The duck was probably just messing around with it's owner and he didn't really see it as a time to get all up in arms about it. Just find the little guy and the mess would be over, right? "Okay." Jack said heading off one direction. He wasn't going to do anything to it, except capture it and being it back safely to it's owner, even though Seanna had given them permission to do anything.

Ty just smirked and shook his head slightly as Seanna went off yet again at the duck. Of course Ty hadn't been thinking duck soup, no it had been more along the lines of roasted duck in some kind of reduced wine sauce. But no matter he would get the jist of it anyways, not that he was sure the duck would even listen to it. After all Ty knew that it was an empty threat, just like when he said it, it had just been a joke, and the duck probably knew that too. However when Seanna said they could do anything they wanted with it once they found it Ty wasn't so sure Seanna had been joking. There might have actually been a hint of seriousness in her voice, which was understandable considering how frustrating it would be to have a duck run away and then mock you while you were looking for him. "Alright," Ty said with a smile as he went to go looking for the duck. "But knowing Percy you'll know right away if I have found him. He'll probably try to circle around me again." Ty added rolling his eyes slightly and hoping that Jack found the duck so that he really knew what the little lunitic was like.

Seanna shot Ty a look. "Not necessarily, Ty. Percy's changed, he's learned more, he's getting better and I've only figured out some of the magical abilities that Percy can do" Seanna stopped, biting her bottom lip. Sure, this was probably just a normal, simple game of hide and seek, but Seanna had a feeling that this was more than just a simple game of hide and seek. This was much more than a game to her duck, it was more to see how far he could push his owner, that much Seanna was sure of.
"He probably still wouldn't do anything to you, because he likes you but I don't know anymore, he could do anything" Seanna shrugged, in her mind she was slowly starting to go from mad to panicking. If she didn't catch her duck and if she didn't find him, Percy would be wandering around the school causing chaos after chaos, that much she was sure of. The owlrey incident was proof of that.
"Just keep your eyes peeled, okay? Any sign of him or any flutter of him, just call me, 'kay?" Seanna said to Ty, trying to regain her composure and her wits about about her. Straining her ears once again, the girl listened hard for any whereabouts of Percy. "Oh Seanna, Seanna, over here" Seanna traveled a eye quickly over to another abandon classroom where she thought the voice of Percy had came from. "In there" Seanna muttered to Ty and Jack, pointing her finger towards the door. "Percy's in there" Seanna repeated again, this time a bit more firmly and Seanna took a few steps inside to the empty classroom.

"Alright," Ty said with a shrug giving up his badmouthing of the duck. It was obvious Seanna was worried about finding it, and he wasn't about to harass her more than he already had. Besides he considered Seanna a friend so he would help her find the elusive little duck if it took all night. Boy the duck better hope that it didn't take all night or Ty might find him give him a good boot and then tell Seanna that he had him.
Then hearing Seanna his attention was directed over to the empty classroom. Apparently the duck was in there, well if he was in there then Seanna had nothing to worry about after all there was three of them and only one of him. Besides they could just shut the door and he would have nowhere to run. "Alright," Ty said with a smile as he too entered the room. "I am sure we'll find him if he's here," he added, "but lets shut the door just to make sure he can't run off shall we?"

Jack had just had time to glance into the classroom that he was thinking of searching when he heard Ty and Seanna talking again, about being nice to the duck or something. Deciding that he would just let the two have at it and let them figure out if the duck had actually changed or not he was headed further into the classroom that he had suspected the duck to be in. That was until he heard Seanna say that she thought he was in one of the other classrooms near by. Backing out of the one he had been searching he joined Ty and them down the hall. "That would be the smartest course of action." Jack said appearing at Ty's shoulder.

"But he's a magical duck, he would find a way no matter if the door was closed or not" How many times was she going to say that Percy was a magical duck? In her mind, the duck was like that magician Harry The Houdini, or well, the escape illusionist. Harry's picture was hanging inside the Marcellus Museum and it was one of the more, interesting moving pictures in there.
Sure, Harry The Houdini was a muggle thing, but because of his escaping magical ways, the Marcellus thought he should belong in the Museum, they considered him a wizard of sorts. Just to prove that Percy would find his way out of any situation, Seanna bought out her wand and in a loud, clear voice, she shouted; "Accio!" Thinking that maybe using the summoning charm on her duck might bring him back, but thinking it was a waste of time.
Twenty minutes later and the duck never came. "Silly girl... that's not the way to bring me back, you have to find me. Use your brain there" Percy was having fun, his hiding spot was in the walls of the classroom and the only way that anyone would find him was to find a way into the wall. Pretty simple if one thought about it.
Seanna grimaced, her face all contorted up in a thinking one. "In the walls... that's why we can't see him and that's why he sounds slightly far away. Percy's in the walls" But how were they supposed to get into the walls? Most of the passageways she knew about, but she couldn't figure how she was supposed to get into the walls, herself. "But, how are we supposed to get into the walls?" Seanna looked over to Ty and Jack, a confused expression on her face. "Sure, we could probably search the walls for a hidden door, but that would take all afternoon... "
