Jethro smirked as Tristan spoke of Anna again, maybe he did like her, maybe he didn't but that wasn't up to Jethro to decide. Then the boys blue eyes lit up as Tristan told him that he could even have some Quidditch books. "That'd be so cool!" Jet said, leaning off the wall. "Have you got your own broom?" The lil' Gryff said, beaming. Jet couldn't wait till he lent Quidditch, and by next year hopefully he would be good enough to be in the team, just like Tristan. The young Stevens then pushed his cap over to the other side of his head again, pushing it up a bit so he could spot Tristan better.

"My own broom? Nah, I usually borrow my little brothers. Samuel Howard. He's a third year Ravenclaw. You'll like him too, if you meet him," he said. Even though Tristan and Samuel have just a little sibling rival, they were still blood and still trusted one another. Just thinking, Samuel probably wouldn't make the Quidditch team this year. He needed to practice again. A year without doing Quidditch was hard on the guy. Hopefully next year Samuel would make it.

He was in Ravenclaw? Didn't most families end up in the same house? Jet's smile faltered for a moment, before he said in a curious tone "Your brother and you're in different houses? Thats so cool!" he said with a grin, thinking what it would be like to have Craig at Hogwarts. That would be heaps cool, it'd be even better if he was in the same house, then when they both went home for the breaks, they could talk about Quidditch and their different house mates and stuff. The boy took a step to the side, and peered into one of the cases with a trophy in it, the boy was getting back to his original interest to coming to this floor.

"Well not all family members are in the same house. Basically my whole family, ancestors and such have all been in either Gryffindor and Slytherin. Though I think I recall one of my ancestors in the mid 1800s was in Hufflepuff, not sure. I'll have to get back to you on that," he told the boy. He then saw Jethro looking at a trophy in the case. He looked at the same thing. Something about thirty years ago and such.
"You know you can get your own very trophy and place it in here,"

A small nod passed through Jethro's head as Tristan spoke of his History. It was good, listening to other people's backgrounds and such. The boy himself didn't know much of his history line, all that he knew of the magical side was that his Grandfather had also been sorted into Gryffindor, how many other magical people in his family was unknown to the boy. "Gryffindor and Slytherin huh, thats interesting." Jet said, his eyes lighting up slightly. As Tristan then spoke of getting your own Trophy in here, his eyes really did start to dance.
"Seriously? Cool!" he said, taking a few steps over to a rather large shield and peering at it. Jethro had allot of trophies he could consider bringing, just one however would be difficult. The Gryffindor had trophies for footy, soccer, hockey, basketball, oz-tag and surfing. However his thoughts rested on that single singing trophy he had, and suddenly he wasn't sure on what would be his choice. However Jethro then looked back to Tristan, a grin on his face, and said "Have you got a trophy up here Tristan?"
