Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry began with it's Founding over a thousand years ago and continues still today. Over this long stretch of time many notable figures have arisen and many events have taken place. Today, they are honored and kept in a room on the third floor. The occasional student can be found looking though them, but today the only real activity is students cleaning the trophies for detentions.
