"Your sick!" Trixi declaired loudly to Braxton, all thoughts that the woman was also in the room were now gone from her mind. Her was mad. Fuming infact. She just wanted to rip Brax into little pieces and then feed him to her cat. She couldn't believe Ryan was being so calm over the situation. Brax needed to shut his ugly little mouth.
Without a second's thought about it, Trixi lunged at Braxton, tackeling him and knocking him backwards off his chair with her landing on top of him, pinning him down. "You take it back! You tell her your lying! Quit making things up!" Trixi was mad and it was very obvious. But he had pushed her. Really it was Brax's fault.

Hannah had nearly fell of her own chair when Trixi had tackled Braxton to the ground. Actually, Hannah thought Braxton wasn't lying and it made perfect sense to Hannah that Trixi did like Ryan. Hannah had seen Trixi tackle Ryan to the ground last night, that there was all the information she needed.
"You sure Braxton's just messing?" Hannah asked Ryan, a grin appearing on her face, "Maybe Trixi does like you" Hannah didn't really care if Trixi liked Ryan or not, she didn't like Trixi that much anyhow, but Braxton was a friend of hers and so she was going stick up for her friend.

Jeremy really hadn't wanted to go to this particular class. His cousin had told him all sorts of things about the Professor and while she had seemed okay at the feast, he was still a little nervous. Maybe that had been her "let's trick them into a false sense of security" act. Well, you better believe, Jeremy was not going to be falling for that one.
He wasn't sure what the other kids were doing, but he for one was not going to be joining them. He sat off by himself and ignored everyone. Maybe they would leave him alone then.

"Hey Maddy," the girl spoke, cheerfully, as her fellow sister joined them. Now, it was the four of them in a pefectly strit line. Maddy, Sally, Jet, and herself sitted in that arrangement. She leaned over to try and see Maddy but she couldn't. She pulled her legs under her and that gave her the extra length so she could see all three of them. She could see Maddy, now, but still couldn't answer her question. She looked back at Jet who was rather quite today. "Umm... I really couldn't say I just got here," she said to the Huffle.

Jethro's blue eyes whizzed from one girl to another, but mostly lingered on Summer. His ears took in all their What is wrong? 's and How was your day?'s, and eventually, all the comments stopped. The boy heaved himself up, and looked to Summer, before giving her a smile and looking forward. "I'm fine, just tired and trying to let all this magical stuff soak in. It's hard to grasp everything in one day," the boy said in a tired voice, before rolling his shoulders to try and wake up. His blue eyes then caught the sight of that girl that had tried to hit Summer, he wouldn't let her try such a stunt like that again.
Jethro then managed a slightly bigger smiled, his teeth not showing however, and looked from one girl to another. "Seriously, girls, I'm fine." Jet said in a cheerier tone, feeling slightly weird to be surrounded by girls. The boys then stifled a yawn and looked forward. "Gryffindor is awesome, how's Hufflepuff?" the boy said, directing the question to all of the, since all three were in Huffle.

Sally watched as Maddy took the seat, which she had saved for her, and unpacked her equipment. She wished she knew the reason Jet was feeling bad. So because Sally did not have the words or the answer to Maddy's question she simply shrugged.
"Hey do you reckon we'll get to blow anything up," Sally asked, trying to lighten the situation, even if it was a stupid question. She put on a smile.

Maddy didn't want to push Jethro. If he didn't want to say if anything was wrong, that was his business not Maddy's. Maddy laughed as Summer poked her head up. "Hi!" Maddy said as she waved. Maddy wasn't feeling as energetic and hyper, as she was the night before. She was feeling quite down. That was probably because of the lack of sleeping last night.
"No, Sally. I don't think we'll get to blow anything up." Maddy said, pretending to be serious. "Of course, we'll get to blow things up! This is defense against the dark arts!" Maddy had said that in a sarcastic sort of way, although she had a sneaking suspicion Sally had believed her.

Apparently Braxton might have pushed it a little to far. He hadn’t meant for Ryan to get weird about it, and was just about to drop it when Trixi came flying at him. Wow she could move pretty fast when provoked. Toppling off of his chair he tried to regain his site, which was worthless, because the only thing he could see was Trixi on top of him pinning him down. “What are you doing? Trying to get us both expelled?” Braxton asked angrily as he tried to push her off to one side of him. He really hadn’t expected her to tackle him right in front of Raynor, and was a little worried as to what consequences might follow. He had just been messing. Hadn’t the smacks to the back of the head been satisfiying enough to her? Apparently not, because now he had to somehow deal with a crazed girl. That looked like she wanted to rip him limb from limb.

"Hufflepuffs great, specially since we three got the same house," she replied to Jet's question, then giggled slightly as she heard Maddy and Sally start arguing about blowing things up. "As you can see," she said as she nodded her head towards her house mates. "With the three of us, there's always something going on," she said mysteriously to Jet and winked at the two girls.

Ryan just smiled at Hannah and didn't say a word. He wasn't about to even go there. Trixi and Braxton were already brawling and he was feeling awfully uncomfortable at the moment. Feeling the rath coming he decided to take the flight approach rather then the fight one. "Excues me," he said to Hannah as he got up out of his chair, stepping over Brax and Trixi, and made his way over to where Jeremy was. He didn't want to get into the middle of anything so he thought he would just let them go and stay out of it entirely. "Hey Jeremy," he said with a smile as he sat down next to him.

Post by Tamis Raynor on Apr 11, 2007 16:12:58 GMT -5
Everything had started looking for the better. First Years were well behaved, a little laughter, some cautious glances... normal activity. And then Trixi Turner (she had learnt that name well) entered along with the trouble-duo from her own house. Still, Raynor did not say anything, wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then one of the duo started antagonizing the others, or more to the point, antagonizing Turner. Raynor's radar for trouble started doing overtime. A second slap and she was standing straighter, despite what little it did for her height, mouth agape to put an end to it. And then the Slytherin she-cat lunged.
Such a display. In her classroom of all places. Not on her turf. Raynor's class was intended to teach the students in an interesting way, but that is what she expected her students to be in her room for; learning. This was... outrageous.
"That is enough." She gritted, nostrils flared. As the girl's ears were occupied, Raynor seized an arm, yanking upward with a force one might not expect of a woman her size. "Twenty points from Slytherin and Ravenclaw. I have never seen such immaturity. Both of you, out. Yes, Spicer, you as well."
She began herding the Slytherin to the doorway, expecting the Ravenclaw to follow. Never in her history of teaching had she actually had to kick students out of her classroom. But this was simply inexcusable.
"You are not to come back to this class until you can prove to me you two have a maturity level over that of a four year old." She released the girl's arm and waited for Braxton to join them. If Raynor was joking, she was a very good actress. "Out," she repeated.

Braxton knew they were in for it the moment he heard Raynor's voice and Trixi went flying off of him. Well that was an approvement at least Trixi was off of him, but he hadn't meant for it to turn into a fight. He was just teasing her after all. So when Raynor docked him points he was a little displeased, but still it was understandable. But to kick him out? That wasn't fair, he hadn't tackled anyone. "Why me out?" he asked disheartedly trying to make Raynor see that he hadn't started the brawling with anyone as he stood up. "I was just having a go, and she went nuts," he continued just staring up at her. Then when Raynor started herding Trixi to the door he followed a little crest fallen. He didn't want to leave. No he wanted to stay. This was all Trixi's fault, she just couldn't take a joke. "I.....I" Braxton stammered not exactly sure what to say as he exited the door looking throughly disheartened.

Ryan had seen Raynor making her way towards Braxton and Trixi. He knew they were in trouble, but he didn't think that she would remove them from the class. Okay, maybe Trixi for fighting but Braxton? That didn't really make sense to him. It just proved that Trixi needed anger management because Brax was just giving him and Trixi a hard time. It didn't really phase him, but the teasing seemed to have had it's effect on Trixi, whether intended or not. Getting up from the seat that he had taken next to Braxton he appeared at Braxton's side moments later. "You can't kick him out." Ryan protested, "He didn't really do anything, except give me and trixi a bit of a hard time because she hugged me. He didn't overreact and jump all over her. It was the other way around." He didn't know if Raynor would even play the slightest bit of attention to him, but Brax was his best mate and it wasn't fair to kick him out of razzing someone.

Jeremy had gotten worried when Ryan came over, really not wanting to get caught up in the fighting. He hadn't even gotten a chance to give a cautious reply before Raynor stepped in and kicked all three of them out. While he wasn't sure what Brax had done, he was relieved to see Loud Girl get the boot. She had caused a problem in just about every class so far.
He also noted that Drew had been right. Raynor was not one for fooling around. Any nicenes she had shown at the Sorting Feast had to have been passing indigestion or something.

Trixi felt her arm get pulled and herself be lifted of Braxton. In a way she was slightly relieved that it wasn't her ear, it hurt alot less. Being dragged by her arm was much more comfortable and she didn't struggle against the professor. she knew she would probably knock the earmuff's off of her and grab hr ear if she wanted. At least the ladie had some form of niceness.
Trixi frowned as the woman said they had to leave. Trixi wanted to learn magic, she didn't know any at all but she did realise she was in alot of trouble and that she did deserve it. Afterall, she had tackeled Brax in front of the ladie. Trixi looked to Ryan as he came over to them, he seemed to want Braxton to stay. Trixi knew there was no way no matter what she said to get herself out of getting kicked out. Altough part of her wanted to see Braxton have to be kicked out too. He deserved it. Then also she might be able to lay a nice good hook to his jaw.
By she frowned also because Ryan was blaming her for everything. She knew Braxton was his friend but she had at least thought she might slightly be his friend too. He was really the only one she knew apart from Jeremy that even kind of liked her and she wasn't even sure if Jeremy liked her. "Okay I'll go" Trixi said picking up her backpack. Her voice contained no madness and no anger but perhaps a little disappointment. She did want to see what this class was about. Trixi stared at Ryan for a moment then stared at the floor. "Don't kick Braxton out.." Trixi said quietly, not even sure why she was defending the stupid twerp. Trixi was ready to walk out the door, she figured there was no way the old lady would let her back into the classroom today. But they did have the class again tomorrow.
