"I know I just met her," Chad agreed, "And already I really care about her." The ref could almost hear the pleading in his voice. Chad didn't have anybody now except for Alfred. He didn't have anyone to care about him the way Drew cared about Allegra. But then he'd found her, and found someone to care for. And that's exactly what he wanted. In his mind, Allegra was perfect. Even if he had just met her.
"Wouldn't expect anything less," the man agreed, flashing another smile at Drew, "Come on now, get outta here. I can finish this up. Go on back to your friends."

"Don't blow me off like a little kid," Drew told him, smirking back. "My dad says a man does what needs to be done, damned who's responsibility it is." Chad was about as much at fault for the mess as he himself was and the quidditch ref wasn't scampering off to be with his friends. "Besides, it's almost done. That other professor cut it off before it got too bad."
"By the way... classic potatoes to the head there," Drew told him, smirking again. "Brilliant shot."

Krissy felt his presence rather then saw him, but she knew it must have been Alexander to have taken a seat next to her at the table. No-one else would have followed her. Well Drew perhaps would have but she could hear his voice in the distance speaking so she knew it wasn't him. Her suspiscions were confirmed as Alexander placed his hand on her back. She was half tempted to pull away, push him off her, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She liked the feel of him, and she liked the comfort her brand. Yet she couldn't help but wonder what was going on between him and that girl. They were always so all over each other.
Krissy shifted her head slightly so she was looking at Alexander instead of into the darkness of her arms. "Who is she?" Krissy asked Alexander. A vague question that could be answered in a variety of ways and she doubted Alexander would know the way she wanted, but you never know, sometimes boys surprised Krissy. "Why is she always all over you... and you all over her?" Krissy questioned, her voice slightly choked but managing to restrain from crying or anything of the sort. Krissy turned her face back into her arms. Perhaps she didn't want to know this. Perhaps she should just stand up right now and run out of the hall. She didn't know if she wanted to know who the girl was. Would that ruin everything? Krissy wasn't sure if she was ready to know, wasn't sure if she was ready for what she wanted...
"Don't worry..." she muttered into her arms, her voice slightly muffeled but her words still coming out clear. "Forget I said anything..."

Krissy’s doubts were confirmed as Alexander listened to the words that she spoke and was utterly confused. Who was who? Alexander thought about it for a minute and then thought of a girl…any girl that she could be referring to. Alexander hadn’t known many, and only as of late did he really speak to anyone without being spoken to first. But who did she mean, and why was she so upset about it?
When Alexander went to ask her whom she was speaking of, however, another question arose and this one really took him for a loop. All over him? And him all over this girl? Alexander refrained from laughing or doing anything with his body that could make Krissy believe that he could have been making fun of her question. On the inside, though, he was stunned beyond belief.
“Girl? What do you mean…who are you…” Krissy then interrupted his speech, telling him to nevermind her question and Alexander shook his head, scotched over closer to her and leaned himself down on the table, his hand still on the Head Girl’s back. “No, Krissy…please tell me…I don’t understand why you’re upset, or who you are talking about? I’m not all over anyone…or at least I don’t think I am…” Alexander didn’t know if he was getting through to Krissy, but it almost seemed as if the occupants of the Great Hall were vacating any ways. They were all worried about cleaning up the mess…Alexander on the other hand was worried over a mess that he didn’t even realize he probably had made.

How could he not know? He had practically raced across the hall when she had fallen and when he left she followed him and grabbed him. Who did he think she was talking about. Krissy didn't understand how Alexander could have actually not know who she was talking about. But it seemed he was oblivious. Typical of a boy. Krissy wanted to stand up and scream her lungs out at him but making a scene in the great hall was not quite what she wished for. Not to mention it would all sound really stupid when trying to defend herself, mainly because, he wasn't her boyfriend, he was... just a friend.
Krissy felt Alexander move closer to her, his hand remaining comforting on her back, tempting her to stay. His words again were confused and Krissy looked at him once more. "Her!" Krissy said, her voice stressed and her head lifting completely to try and find the blonde, yet realising that she was now gone. "The blonde... F...Felicity..." Krissy knew the girl, they had met at times, but Krissy had never thought she would have to worry about her. Although now that Krissy thought about it, she seemed to follow Drew around like a bad smell, perhaps she just tried to mark her name on all the bases...
"I saw you run to her when she fell... as though shes like a baby and needs looking after... and she chased you when you left her side and she grabbed you... you can't deny it... I saw it...." Krissy burried her face back in her arms, trying to fight back tears that were pushing their way to the front of her eyes. She did not want to cry, not here in a hall full of people. Not anywhere where someone could see her. She was tempted to get up and leave right at that moment. Least she would be alone like she half wished to be.

As the red head’s temper flew, Alexander’s mouth dropped. Felicity? Felicity Hjort?! “Oh, no…it’s not like that…we’re just friends,” Alexander tried to spit out quickly, kicking himself for finally realizing who she was talking about. It wasn’t as if they were all over one another as Krissy was claiming, Alexander just wanted to help her up from her fall. Not to mention Drew’s hands seemed to be all over her at the time from what Alexander could see, and he knew how Mr. Hjort would comment on that. Yes, Alexander was watching out for a friend and making sure she was alright, not being “all over her”. Alexander was embarrassed. To think, someone would think him…him all over Felicity! How absurd! They’re families had been friends for years, he had known her for a long time…there was nothing more between them than that. Alexander double check his mind and was practically sure of it. “Our families know each other,” Alexander tried to explain to the fiery red head. He liked her black hair better at that moment, it seemed to make her less….mad when she was upset. If that made any sense. Alexander tried to push the hair out away from the side of her face so that he could try to see her, even though her face was buried in her arms. “I don’t understand what’s….what’s wrong….we’re just friends….Felicity and I…..” was it possible that Krissy was upset because she thought that he liked someone else? Alexander was a bit appalled at that thought. Wasn’t he allowed to have other friends? “I’m sorry….I didn’t mean to upset you….” Alexander said, trying to take the easy way out of what whatever it was that was going on.
