Matty didn't know what hit her more. The fact that Ty had just called her such a filthy name like that, or whether the fact that Jynx was here too. Damn, this was the worst situation out of everything they had all been through. "How about you stick your face our of this, Calister?" Matty spat back at the boy, shooting him a glare before registering Devon's reply to what he had said. The Hufflepuff then was shocked again, at Devon's actions. He had just defended her like that, and well, threated that ruddy third year. Obviously he didn't like the sounds of what the boy was saying.
He wasn't going to punch him, was he? With Ty's next remark, the girl glanced at Jynx, before hissing back at him. "You have no idea-" her words were cut off by what occurred next. Matty too, grabbed Devon and held him back by the arm. "Me." the girl replied to Tristan, swallowing the hatred to Ty that bubbled inside of her. If she wasn't trying to hold back the Gryffindor right now, that Slytherin boy would be getting a piece of her mind. For right now the girl purely and utterly, with every fiber in her body, loathed that boy. He hadn't been there when herself and Jynx broke up. He hadn't been there when she told Devon how she felt. He hadn't been there when certain things happened with Leto. He hadn't been there when she painstakingly wrote the unsent letter to Devon about this all. And he shouldn't be here now, he had nothing to do with her personal life. "It's about me, something that happened." the girl replied to Tristan, her eyes now returning to Devon. Out of all of this, he was the one she was most worried about, for the Hufflepuff had never seen the boy like this before.

"Well, what have you done, Miss Wentworth?" he said holding Devon by one arm. Kid was a fiesty one, but he wasn't that fiesty. He looked over to Ty. The little Third Year in his mind must of been laughing his head off. Tristan inside didn't want to hear that. "Calister, maybe your apart of this. As I see my Fourth Year is trying to punch the bloody hell out of you," Tristan said. He wanted to learn the truth before he let go of Devon. He didn't know how strong Ty was. But he was a just a Third Year. But was he tougher than the Fourth Year? He sworn to Keagan and Professor Justus he keep all the Gryffindors safe.

Ty just held his smirk as the Gryffindor came at him but failed. It was nice to see that some of the others could control the boys temper for him because he certainly couldn’t. Then hearing Tristan his smirk widened. Did he really think he had any authority here? He barely had any authority when they were in the school. So why on earth did he think he had some when they were off school grounds and on their own accord? “I would like to see you try and report it,” Ty said with a laugh as Matty joined the fray. He didn’t even bother giving the girl a response. He could care less what she thought of the whole thing. Instead he directed his attention back to the Gryffindor. “Yes it would appear like he was. Poor bloke can’t keep his anger under control,” Ty sneared. “I would suggest anger management, but at this point I am not completely sure it would do any good.”

Maddy was happy to see Matty back. And finally, after 5 minutes of waiting, she realised who the boy was. Leto? That slytherin dude? Believe or not, and Maddy surely didnt believe it, the two were holding hands. Maddy leaned over to Eryn who still stood next to her, frightened by so many people, and whispered, "That's Matty. And that's Mike, and that's Leto." Maddyson didn't know anyone elses names, but she felt good that her sister knew a few. The knew people who had come up, were different. They didn't seem to be in the christmas mood. But Maddyson wasn't here to judge, just to have a good time.
Maddy strongly fought back the urge to sing, "Matty and Leto sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G." Instead she bit her tongue and looked around pleaseantly at everyone. "Eryn..." She said leaning over once more. "Smile..." The two girl put on their cutest smiles as Matty introduced them to Devon. It took more than a minute for the young hufflepuff to realise what actually was going on. Devon must've been the Gryffindor. "Ohh..." Maddy mumbled, not loud enough for anyone to hear except for her sister, now holding hands out of scaredness that the boy was going to do magic.
The two little girls stood there in agony, whilst the other fought. Throughout her time at Hogwarts, she had only met really nice people, and it was a surprise to Maddyson. As well as the other's trying to stop them, Maddy merely sighed. She wasn't sure whether anyone would hear her, but she did it any way. But the young Hufflepuff finished just in time to hear someone bad mouth Matty. Maddyson was too scared to stand up for her so she merely stood there. It wasn't just because of Matty and that stupid boy, but her eyes welled up with tears. With her glistening eyes blinding her from anything execpt blurrs, the first year whispered quietly, "It's christmas.", took Eryn's hand once more and ran, tears now streaming down her face.
She didn't run for long, just until she reached a box, twenty metres away, perfect for her and her twin to sit on. She noticed that Eryn was also crying, but only just. "They aren't usually like that at school. I don't really know what happened." Maddyson pulled a couple of tissues from out of her pocket and handed Eryn one. She wiped the tears from her eyes and gave thegroup another look.

Mike had noticed Leto take a step forward to what it would of ended up being, giving Devon a hand giving Ty what he definitely deserved for that comment but Mike put his arm out in front of his younger brother.
"No you don't"
He said before nodding in Tristan's direction before stepping into the fray, his eyes boring into Ty as the anger built up inside of him for a moment before subsiding a bit.
"I would like to remind you Calister, that Tristan and myself as Prefects would have no hesitation in reporting you once we get back to Hogwarts, especially for what you just called Matty....hell if I was Tristan....I would of let Devon go for a little bit longer, so just think yourself lucky that he jumped in for you"
Mike said as he heard a very quiet voice and then saw Maddy and Eryn run off. He looked at Matty and then to Leto with a light smile.
"Can you two go make sure they are ok?"

"WATCH YOUR MOUTH CALISTER!"
Leto spat at the younger boy after his blatant attack on Matty, angry wasn't something that Leto was often but in a time like this and when Ty had clearly came from no where and insulted Leto's new girlfriend for unknown reasons it had brought up the emotion. Indeed Leto had taken a step towards Ty to lend Devon a hand but Mike seemed to be one step ahead of him, quickly defusing Leto from his anger and giving Matty and himself a way out of the situation.
"Come on....let's go see what's wrong"
He said taking Matty's hand in his own and smiling innocently at her.

Matty looked at Devon for a second longer before turning her eyes back to Tristan. "Some personal issues between Devon, Leto, Jynx and myself." the girl replied simply. It's not that she didn't trust anyone here, heck, just about everyone here knew the full story, but it wasn't the place or time to remember what had happened. The girl then shot a glare back to Ty, still welling up with more and more hate for the boy. If she ever got her hands on him... boy would he have it. The Hufflepuff definitely wasn't a violent person, but let's juts say this Ty character brought out the bloody worst in her. "Would you just shut up, Calister?!" Matty snarled back at him, feeling just about ready to loose it with the younger student.
Matty then glance sidewards at Leto and Mike, watching them take a side step into the event. Sighing slightly, the Hufflepuff girl let go of her grip on Devon's arm and failing to return any smile from Leto. No, she wasn't happy at all, and it was hard to walk away from that. Matty then nodded quite bitterly, and swiftly pulled herself and Leto away from the group, not even bothering to look at Jynx as she passed him. Basically, that girl as fed up with Ty butting into everything. "Maddy? Eryn?" the girl spoke quietly, softly letting go of Leto's hand and bending down to reach the level of the two smaller girls. "Honey, I'm sorry about what happened back there, I don't know what happened. I know Ty said some stuff back there that I don't want you repeating," Matty sighed again at the exact words Ty had used. "But we're okay. Devon was sticking up for me and things got heated, everyone is alright." Matty said, partly lying. She knew Devon probably wasn't okay, and Leto seemed affected like Mike did, and the Hufflepuff definitely knew she wasn't alright.

Jynx just stood there slightly stunned by it all. He had warned Ty not to continue on the road he was going, but it hadn't seemed to help. Although, Jynx knew it wouldn't when Devon stepped in and tempted the little snake to say it again. Ty really didn't know when enough was enough. He just kept pushing buttons until there were no more buttons left to push, and most of the time it ended in a near fight. It was a good thing that Tristan got to Devon first because if he hadn't Jynx was on the way of stepping into the middle of it. He wasn't going to let either Leto or Devon lay a hand on Ty.
Standing partially in front of Ty, Jynx just listened to it all. Really the prefects needed to get their heads out of their a**es and realize they didn't have authority here. Ty was right, they couldn't do a thing to him because it was holiday break. "That's really enough all of you," Jynx said getting a little annoyed with them all. "It's obvious to me that none of you know when to quit. Can't you guys see that your just continuing it with all of your remarks? Your just sinking to his level and letting him win." Yes Jynx thought the load of them were idiots at the moment, Ty included. It wasn't worth getting in an all out fist fight over a few comments from the Slytherin. Although he had agreed with Ty so maybe that's why he felt that way.

“I am sure you go around reminding everyone of that, with that over inflated head of yours. Hell you probably remind every dog that walks by as well. However, I hate to burst that little bubble of yours, but you can try to do that all you like, though there really is nothing that you can do that will get me in trouble. You see I am not in school at the moment so your badge holds no power here, actually it really doesn’t even hold any power at the school either. No one takes you seriously mate, they just write you off as a joke, and had you come at me like this at the school I would have laughed and walked off.” Ty said with a smile over towards the prefect. It was true out of all of the prefects Mike was perhaps the one who held the least authority, well in his eyes at least and a couple of the other peoples as well. “And I can take care of myself by the way. I don’t need anyone to protect me so it was perhaps better that Tristan jumped in for Devon’s health, not mine.”
Then turning to Leto, his smirk reappearing on his face, he said "It's about time mate. Devon over there showed more honor for that girl, if you can call her that, of yours than you did. What were you going to let the little Gryffindor reject handle it for you? If so then I think Matty made a mistake in going with you. If you can't even defend her then why on earth would she feel safe in your arms?" he said before the pair of them had walked off.
Oh yes, he ignored Jynx. He tended to do that a lot too.

Ty was certainly lucky that so many people were holding Devon back now. He was so angry he could have killed the boy right there. Devon shot a glare at Jynx as well when he stepped in and Devon fought against the older ones holding him back. He made a swipe at Jynx, missing him because he wasn't close enough. "Let me--" Devon grumbled, speaking between swings, "--at the...prick!" The Gryffindor struggled but couldn't get loose and found it extremely unfair.
Pulling his wand slowly out of his pocket, Devon pointed it at Ty, but held it close by his body, making sure that it was inside his sleeve and invisible. He muttered "Petrificus Totalus" under his breath and shot the spell at the ruddy Slytherin. If he couldn't see it coming, he couldn't avoid it.
[You can't get out of the way of every spell and dodge every punch. At least one of them should have hit Ty]

((Totally understand))
He snickered at Mike's statement.
"No, but, Calister I want to know what you said to her," Tristan said. He didn't hear much but seems that Mike already knew. Tristan snickered again. But then something started swiggling. He then saw a wand pop out. He tried to grab it, but the spell then hit Ty. "Devon! Your not allowed to use magic outside school! You could get arrested!" Tristan scolded the boy.

Dressed in average clothes, for her at least, Snake slowly strolled down the streets of Diagon Alley. For the past few weeks it had been like the entire world was speeding around her and she was holding still. She had made friends in and out of classes but had yet to meet any really good friends. So the young Gryffindor who was clad is skin-tight black jeans and a dark blue v-neck shirt that stopped just above her bellybutton to show off her new dangly rose bellybutton ring walked down the streets of the festival determined to catch back up with the rest of the world. She was a little early but she expected, and hoped, things to start picking up as they night proceeded. She decided to sit down on a bench shoved in between to vendors and people watch until she thought of something better to do or saw somebody she knew. Jax was incredibly excited for the Yule Festival, and what was even more exciting was that her father let her walk alone through the streets for a couple of hours without him. Responsibility knock at her door, and so far as she had speant the holidays with him, everything was going great. It was as if, everything that had happened at school had stopped and been left there. Albert was so happy when she had returned home and her grandparents were very fond to have her back as well. Everything was perfect just as it had been before she had left for the fall. Before she had gone back to Hogwarts. Blissful, peaceful, and even downright wonderful. Such was life with her father. She could forget about herself and just hang out with him, showing him all the new things she had learned that year on her broom and also telling her about the fact that she had made it on the quidditch team. That took all night to explain for sure, but she was determined to buy him a bunch of books on the subject for Christmas so he would understand what she was doing as a witch. As a quidditch playing witch. As she walked throught the Alley, she stuck her hands in her dark blue jean pockets and her winter coat came down to her waist. A little small, but it still fit, so why get a new one? It wasn't like they had a ton of money to do so anyways. Her mouth hung open as she watched the fairy's glisten in the trees and the vendors try and sell her things she couldn't even buy. Jax laughed and breathed freely as she walked finally within her element. It wasn't until about half an hour later that she didn't find herself walking up behind a friend. Someone she had just met in the last few weeks of school, and really hadn't seen much of after their polar bear swimming. It wasn't that Jax was avoiding Snake, more like she was avoiding everyone at school. She had more run in's of the uncomfortable kind that she just couldn 't handle it. Yet, now it was break and even with the twinge of reluctance that Jax felt in her stomach as she approached the older girl she couldn't handle the idea of not saying anything to her. She had after all been one of the only girls that she had made any kind of connection with. Jax moved her bangs to make sure they were just perfect and felt the back of her head to make sure that her spikes hadn't been pushed down by the wind. The gel she had bought from one of the shops in Hogsmeade really made them stay in place, and Jax never had any problems as she once had with regular gel. She smiled as she walked up next to the Gryffindor, and sighed. "Aren't you cold?" The young thirteen year old's mind was obviously not working. That wasn't what she wanted the first thing to say, but as she noticed Snake's attire and the cool looking belly button ring, her mouth started before she could stop itself. She tried to tear her eyes from the rose and look at her face. It was good to find someone to talk with, someone she hoped would laugh at her first comment of the night.

Dang. Norbrook had been hoping that he wouldn’t have to step in and breakup the squabble going on. He had come upon the scene at the point where Devon was trying to punch Ty and the Perfect stepped in. He was thanking Merlin for the prefect, up until the point where the other prefect spoke. Well that was interesting to hear. I would of let Devon go for a little bit longer, so just think yourself lucky that he jumped in for you He was disappointed to hear a prefect say such a thing. They were supposed to be in the position to protect the entire student body, not just a select few or their friends. But he would still let it go. It seemed that the younger boy could take care of himself in a verbal altercation.
It wasn’t until he saw one of the students draw their wand that he intervened. There was no way he would let a student get hurt when he was there and watching. Stepping out of the shadows and giving his own wand a quick flick he shielded the Huffle and young Slytherin from the on coming spell. It was a simple defensive spell, but it would do the trick. He was not impressed or happy with any of them at the moment. He had let the Huffle and other Slytherin leave to go and see if the youngest kids in the group were alright. They had not thrown a punch or a spell so he saw no reason to stop them. But the others, most of which he was very familiar with, they were going no where until they explained a few things to him.
“As I am sure you know by now that it is against school rules and the law to use underage magic outside of Hogwarts. So unless you can give me a very good reason why you are using it I’m afraid I will have to report you. A verbal misunderstanding or argument, however you want to classify, it does not give you that right. So?”
((Permission granted by Ty and Jynx's writer to protect them and block the spell))

Snake was absently watching a group of people, a little bit older than herself when somebody spoke to her.
"Aren't you cold?"
She turned to look at who had spoken, she recognized the voice but it didn’t click who it was until she was looking at the younger girl. She couldn’t help but smile. “Yeah, a little bit.” She didn’t mind being to cold so much and was planning on being out of there by the time it got really cold.
She hadn’t really seen her since the morning they had spent in and on the lake, but then again Snake had spent most of the time since then in the Gryffindor common room and if the younger Ravenclaw had shown up there that would have been a slight bit odd. She cast around franticly for an interesting topic of conversation but the only thing she could come up with was, “So…um, how’s you’re break been?” Now that she had brought up the subject of the temperature she began to notice how cold it was.

"Eh, it's been actually quite good. No, problems whatsoever, and no school issues at home....so, it's rerally great. And yours?" Jax asked Snake back, brightly her eyes shown in the fairy's glistening lights. It wasn't everyday that Jax saw someone from school over break, but she had talked her father into coming to Diagon Alley and seeing all the sights he hadn't ever seen before. It wasn't everyday a muggle walked the streets of the Alley, but he had a magical daughter so it was allowed. It had been three years ago as well, as the only time he had ever gone into the Alley was to help her buy her school supplies.
"So, you here by yourself?" Jax asked her, wondering how long they'd actually have to hang out if Snake wanted to.
