“It’s great! I am having a blast so far,” Jack said with a smile, beaming at Verina’s dad as he continued to walk beside her. It was true the little time he had been here had been one of the most fun in his life. He couldn’t remember ever having this good of time in a new place. The haven that he and Verina now shared had instantly became one of his favorite places and he hoped that they could go back there before they had to return to Hogwarts.

"That's good to hear," Josue said with a hint of amusement in his voice at the boy's apparant enthusiasm. He hadn't noticed that while they had spoken they'd in fact allready walked a great distance. With a smile he noted that they'd allready reached the tavern. "That was fast," he said before opening the door so the two would presede him into the tavern.
Verina smiled as they approached the tavern. She couldn't believe they'd allready reached their destination but she supposed that when you were having fun time seemed to speed up. At first she had been a little nervous about seeing some of the locals and her friends in the tavern but with the turn of events she was feeling much better.
She entered followed by Jack and lastly her father who shut the door to keep the cold out. Noting that the tavern was a bit toasty with her jacket and scarf she quickly took them off and placed them upon one of hooks on the wall. She smiled as she saw the scatter of people in the tavern.
"Oiy! Hey guys," Brian called from across the tavern behind the bar, "Glad you guys could come," he said with a grin to both Verina and Jack. "Hi Mr. Alvarez," Brina said as he spotted Verina's dad behind the two,

“Ya that was.” Jack said with a smile following Verina into the tavern and thanking her dad for holding the door open for them. The tavern had seemed to have gotten hotter since the last time he had been there, just earlier that day, so he removed his jacket and placed it next to Verina’s jacket on the next hook down.
Jack looked up as he heard someone call across that bar and saw that it was Brian, whom he had met earlier. “Hey Brian.” he called back across the tavern smiling.

"Hey again," Verina said with a smile as she fixed Brian's voice to his body behind the counter. She found that she was no longer worried about Brian's teasing if he were to continue such things. After her little excursion with Jack she doubted that much would ruin her good mood.
"Hi Brian," Josue said with a smile to the boy who had become a quick friend of his daughter's as his father had become one of his own. "Oh where is your father?" he inquired with a smile as he walked over to where Brian stood.
"He's in the back Mr. Alvarez if you want i'm sure he wouldn't mind if you went back there," Brian replied with a grin he then turned to the two, Verina and Jack. "Wasn't sure if you two would be coming in for dinner. Thought maybe i'd scared you two off," he said with a small laugh coming from behind the bar.
"I'll be only one moment," Josue said to both his daughter and Jack. "Make yourselves comfortable i'm sure you'll soon be welcomed by everyone," he said with a smile before going in pursuit of Brian's father the owner of the tavern. One thing he'd liked about Brecon was though it wasn't the largest city in Wales by far the people there were friendly.

“Scare us off?” Jack repeated with a smile as he made his way over to the bar. “Nah you can’t scare us off that easy,” he continued with a laugh wondering where they were planning on sitting while they waited for Mr. Alvarez to come back from the back room. He wasn’t sure if they should find a table or just take seats at the bar and find a table when Josue came back.
When Josue had disappeared into the back Jack turned to Verina and asked, “So where should we sit?” He would leave it up to her on what she wanted to do since it was her hometown and she knew more people then he did. He was fine with whatever. If Verina wanted to just hangout at the bar and catch up with Brian while they waited then it was cool with him so would be finding a table to wait at.

Brian couldn't help laughing, "Well one things for sure your definetly in a better mood from when you'd arrived." He had noticed the change and the fact that Jack seemed more comfortable as well as socialable which he didn't mind one bit.
"Hmm... well i suppose we can find a table for when my dad comes back," Verina replied with a smile to Jack. She figured it might be best so that when he returned he'd have somewhere to sit. When she looked around she recognized some onf the people before she turned back to Jack and Brian.
"That might be best plus you two definetly can't sit at the bar being under age and all. Now how would that make me look," Brian said with a slight laugh toward the two and figured the bar would be fine without him for a moment.
Brian decided to act as a conseuir, "May you follow me over here." He was well aware of the fact that he was acting silly especially when he threw one of the cloths over his arm. He smiled as the two followed him and he pulled out Verina's chair so they could sit, "Hope our accomadations are to your liking," he said amusement in his eyes.

Jack just smiled. He was definitely in a different mood then he had been in when they had first arrived. He was more comfortable now and a bit more social now that he new some of the people in the town and had gotten the initial meeting with Verina’s father over with. So it could be said that he was in a better mood; he was definitely less stressed than when he had arrived. “A table it is.” he said with a smile looking around to see where they could possibly sit, but in the next moment it was no longer his problem or task to find them a table because Brian had decided to play the role of a seater. Jack just smiled and laughed as Brian threw a cloth over his arm and looked over at Verina to see her reaction.
Jack followed him over to a table and sat down. “Perfect.” Jack said trying not to laugh and looking around.
