As Drew hopped out of the seat, Celina almost caught herself doing the same. How could he say such horrid things? Disgusting man. "You wouldn't know half of what you talk about, you fool!" Celina exclaimed glad that Drew was defending her, but still had to have some kind of say in the matter. Not being noticed wasn't an option any longer, and frankly she knew Alfonz knew it just as well as she did.
Celina remained in her seat as the man taunted Drew. It was as if he wanted Drew to do something....but why? His drunkenness was talking, Celina was sure. And she hoped that those around him saw this as well for what it was. Drunken speech.

When Alfonz made his gentle request, Allegra didn't need anymore clarification and ducked under the table only to resurface on the other side with Celina.
"Drew..." she hissed at her brother, really not wanting to see him get beat up. Oh, she knew he could hold his own for a while and if they did get into a fight, this man wouldn't have as easy a time of it as he thought. Nonetheless, she pulled her wand out of her pocket, ready to use it if she needed to.

"Back off," Drew said again, lowering his voice and taking another step into the man. This guy was obviously trying to push some sort of buttons with Drew and the Ravenclaw wasn't about to take the bait. He leaned in even more and sneered down at the man, not in the least intimidated by this buffoon. Drew wasn't stupid enough to throw the first punch, but if the man so desired, he'd have to take at least two steps backwards to do it properly.

The man laughed in the taller boy's face. Roger turned his head foolishly to get a better look at the boy. "Nope, can't believe it.....Fonz who is this kid? No, lettme rephrase..." Roger cranned his neck and looked at the company that Alfonz had taken. "Who are the kids, I should say? When the hell did you start hanging out.....eh, you did lik'em young....." he continued to snicker. Pushing past the boy rather quickly for being drunk, and over to Alfonz who now stood, arms crossed, leaning back on the chair.
At Alfonz's height, the man still had to walk up to him and look up as he did so. Roger puffed out his chest. "These the kids?" He asked him somewhat silently.
Alfonz rose an eyebrow. What in bloody hell was Roger talking about? If anything, whatever Alfonz had done or did do never reached the ears of anyone, especially a big mouth like Roger Bauber. "What in Merlin's name are you speaking of?" Alfonz asked him. He felt better standing above the man rather than being sitting. "What kids? Kids are far from what company I hold. If anyone, Baubar you should know. Because I dropped your ass long ago." A slick slam, that Alfonz would figure Roger not to get. Not in his state of mind.
"Therekids....Fonz...right there!" Roger exclaimed his voice getting louder as he spoke and pointed out the Thorntons. "The ones.....the ones...." he lost his train of thought and began to scratch his head. Alfonz didn't expect anything less.
"I expected more from you, Bauber....well, not really." Alfonz smirked looking at the three whom he was with, making sure of their positions just in case Bauber finally got any of his jests. But from how it looked, he wasn't getting any.

It was then that Bauber turned his attention back on the two girls sitting in the booth. Roger, nor Celina knew that Allegra had a hold of her wand. Nor did either know of what the other was going to do. Celina glarred something fierce still, and Roger just looked at her, cocked his head, and started to laugh.
"You were always such a pretty girl....tainted....but even that......" he went to place his hand on Celina's cheek only to miss as she backed up away from him. "And you were always such a little wench at the same time." His eyes glared right into hers.
Celina backed up, finding Allegra who she had watched get behind her and stopped. "Don't touch me...." she growled softly. She would have spit on his shoes if they weren't in the bar, but found that that wouldn't have made a very good impression at all for those still watching. As she looked around, it caught Roger's attention.
"WHAT?!" he yelled, and Celina jumped a bit. He leaned on the table toward the girls, Alfonz just stood by watching cautiously what he was doing. Roger did nothing at the moment but smile, "You didn't think we all knew? It wasn't surprising you weren't accepted to Drumstrung....they'd never accept anyone like you....." he growled a whisper. As the man felt a hand from behind, taking him back from the girls.

The man pushed past Drew and Drew pushed back, doing his best to keep himself between this lout and the girls. He couldn't belive that Alfonz was just doing nothing, especailly when this Bauber character was focusing his lecherous comments on Celina. Drew looked at the older Jedynek and glared. Are you going to do anything? Drew was ready to back Alfonz up if he did.

Alfonz continued his glare at the Thornton boy until Bauber was insulting why Celina wan't accepted to Drumstrung. That was enough, he had had all he could take of this man and it was time to reason with him, or just just deal with him. Either way, in his drunken state and with the boy behind Bauber just as fired up as ever, Alfonz found himself not doubting that they would win.
Placing a strong hand on the man's shoulder Alfonz brought him in closer and spun him around. Alfonz grabbed the scruff of his robes and brought him up, lifting him a bit off the floor. "Listen here Bauber, she wasn't accepted to the school because they found a better one for her. One where scum like you didn't wander around wishing they were better instead of doing something about it. Unlike you, she's bound to make something of herself and you will not lay another finger on either of the young ladies in the booth. Nor will you make any more of a scene than you already have.....is that clear?"
Bauber now in the hands of Alfonz coughed and sputtered. His robes tight around his neck, he placed his hands on Alfonz's and looked him striaght in the eyes. "Yea, no problem, Fonz. You know....you're not always gonna be around to protect her forever....."
With that, Alfonz threw Bauber to the floor, wand out. He had had enough. To many things that night to worry about than a drunk man with a vendetta against the older Jedynak. It was the same card pulled by the auror, and he'd be damned to let him or this drunk idiot get anywhere near Celina. These games were over, and with a glance towards Drew, and back at the girls he viciously growled at the man, "Says....you."

Celina instantly was in shock. The man off of her, then in Alfonz's hands, and now on the floor with her brother's wand pointed at him. This wasn't like Alfonz. He wasn't one to just take out his wand and shoot first, asking questions later. Usually, he avoided all these sorts of situations. What if someone walked in? What if there were aurors already in their own booths?
Getting up from the booth, ducking around Drew, she latched on to her older brother's robes, trying gently to take down his arm in which his wand was. "It's not worth it.....Alfonz....please....."

Drew was a little surprised to hear Alfonz defend Hogwarts after bashing it so much. It was unexpected, but Drew did respect the man for it.
But the drunk didn't seem to learn very well and kept pressing on Alfonz. Drew meanwhile watched and waited, making sure to keep himself between the two men and the girls. As soon as Bauber was down, Drew's wand was out as well, ready to let loose any number of curses on the scum now littering the floor. Dang it was good to be of age.

"What'cha gonna do boys?" Roger said as he laughed on the floor. "Ya, gonna zap me? Right here in front of everyone? Fonz, your career with be out the door and they'll lock you up for sure.....especially since it's not an insane auror your shoot'n at this time...." he snickered. Yes, he had been one of those in the crowd when Alfonz and Brady had had their little encounter. Not only was he in the crowd but he had heard all the words that most of the people had. Did it surprise Roger that it was Celina herself that had set Alfonz off? No. She always had been the apple of his eye, as the boy's used to joke at school. It was odd, but Roger said no more about it as the young Jedynak wrapped herself around Alfonz.
If Roger had anything to guess about it, he'd call it brainwashing. Or even a spell. But the girl was so young compared to her brother, Roger even in his drunken state of mind doubted that a spell would have even been necessary. "Yes, you do as the little wench says...." he snickered and laughed some more. "Poland's team....you know if it wasn't for her you could have done better......" Roger hissed, tantalizing every nerve in Alfonz's body even more. His grasp around his wand tightened, and though he rarely used it against others, he could see himself doing it that night for sure.
Bauber then turned his gaze at the younger boy. Taller than Alfonz, but definitely not as stocky, Roger still felt less threatened by him. It was good to be the drunk. "And you boy...." he hissed. "You think they'd let you back into that rat hole you think is a school?" he snickered, glancing at Celina, watching her every plea for them to stop. Silly....foolish....girl.
Alfonz said nothing, still debating what to do. It was well spoken, and well thought out for the drunkard. He had come to antagonize someone he knew he could for a laugh, but would ultimately be safe. Or so he thought. "Mr. Thornton, would you please take my sister back to the booth...Mr. Bauber and I have to step out for a few moments to discuss some business....." Alfonz was cool, and his tone collected. Celina's grasp only tightened on his robes as he told Drew to take her away.
Though it wasn't in Alfonz's best interest to put Celina's care in that of the Thorntons, he was finding the scenario a bit pressing at most. Any moment, aurors or worse would be there, and he didn't need that, nor did his younger sister. At least with the Thorntons, he could tell whoever came that it was his doing and no one else's. He could have cared less if Drew got in trouble, but his under aged sister was still his priority. "Celina, do as I say...." he spoke still calmly, but not anymore less venomous as it had been. Instead of looking at her as he spoke, however, he looked toward Drew his eyes telling the boy that he was was more than serious, and his gaze was deathly.

Drew smirked back at Bauber, daring him to make a move. The Ravenclaw would have no problem stunning this one senseless if he even thought about going for his wand. The drunk wasn't the first and Drew doubted he'd be the last to under-estimate a Thornton.
"Celina. Let's go," Drew said firmly at Alfonz's request. He took her arm to lead her away, still keeping his eyes and his wand still on Bauber.

Celina heard the command, and yet didn't let go. It was like the day when Alfonz first left from Drumstrung. All those crummy people that had taken him away from her to begin with. In Celina's mind, if it wasn't for them Alfonz would never have turned out the way he did. So, she wouldn't let go. A whine escaped her lips a bit as she felt Drew's hand grasp her arm. "No...." she whispered only to have Alfonz shake her from her grasp. She stood still and would budge back to the booths. Not until she knew what was happening, what Alfonz was really planning.

Roger's laugh grew louder as if a hilarious joke was said and everyone but him missed the punch line.
"Something funny?" Alfonz looked at the man still squirmming on the floor. He glanced once more at Celina telling her to move away, and Drew telling him to continue his progress towards the booth with her. As he turned back to look at Roger, his anger spurred even more as he was questioned about his actions.
"Giving her away so soon, are we?" Roger laughed still pressing buttons he knew could ultimately get him killed. Alfonz tried to block them out, telling himself that that was Celina's safest option. "You know the saying don't you? Give more than what you can take? Or something like that...." he cocked his head laughing histerically at the next thought that had slowly formed into his mind. "Or is it the other way around. You take more from her than what you can give?"
"That's enough!" Alfonz didn't yell, but he said it loudly enough that the man stopped laughing. "Shall we depart, Bauber....or do I have to get the authorities involved?"
"And you think you're father is going to help you this time? You're of age and well past your experation date of being his child. Even Celina's way past due......you told me that years ago....." he hissed as Alfonz made some swift movements picking the man up and dragging him outside.
Outside the cold wind blew and the snow was now covered with at least an inch of ice. Alfonz threw Bauber to the ground as hard as he could. He had no intentions of killing him or even hurting him. "Run......before I send out other contacts to get your mud-blood ass." Away from those inside, away from anyone who could hear enough to care what Alfonz had just said, he let it slip. His hatred for such scum came from people such as these. Low-lifes that sucked the life out of those who were pure of.......still he found himself troubling over what purity really meant, but he did know one thing.
Roger Bauber was not pure, and was someone he fought to protect his sister against. Obsession? Maybe. But don't we all have one?
Alfonz turned and started walking into the door. Unaware of the man behind him, pulling his wand out and making his way to his feet.

Watching her brother outside, she shook her head. "We can't just let him.....you don't know....he won't do anything...." she couldn't spit her words out fast enough for her mind to process. She looked back at Drew, pleading almost in her eyes....
"We have to follow him, Alfonz wouldn't hurt anyone...." Celina stopped short as someone said in the background that Alfonz had just thrown the other man to the ground. She wasn't about to tell Drew that Alfonz wasn't as good with his wand as he could have been. Her brother was more of a thinker, rather than a fighter. Not to mention, Roger Bauber never gave up to easily.
"Alfonz and Roger have a friendly past....but things happened.....Roger has been quite a pest ever since. And quite persistent......let's just go make sure everything is alright." And with that an expression crossed Celina's face, one of worry, that if this was just making sure everything was alright, probably would not have been there.

"You sit down and wait with Allegra and I'll check it out," Drew told Celina sternly, confident that Alfonz could take care of himself, but also confident that this Bauber dude was not going to go peacefully just because Alfonz wanted him to.
And Drew had seen the look in Alfonz's eyes. Despite what Celina may think or believe, her brother would have no problem doing a bit more than just hurting this man for what he had said about the girls.
